This Vons is TOP NOTCH! The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They dont point to aisles, they walk you there. They were busy the other day and the manager was working a register. He was HAPPY to be at the register and even said he enjoyed it and keeping up with those skills. It really made me feel happy for the staff there. What a great leader. The store is always clean and inviting. Its just groceries but with so many options finding one you love is a big deal.

Very nice bonds and convenient to where I am staying. Will organize check out to keep things controlled during the pandemic.

I go to Vons a lot it a store I go to after work its just right a cross the parking lot from my job.

Always love this store! Good selection of local wines, great deli, bakery, and floral departments. If only theyd carry the chocolate port from WC, theyd be perfect!

Conveniently located. The great thing about Vons is that they have a great selection of products. They also have great deals. The bakery is excellent and hard to pass without grabbing something sweet. The staff could be friendlier, they seem a bit inattentive and irritable. Store is always clean. Produce is fresh and great quality.

Just walked in to get some sliced meat at the deli at 9 am, empty store. So I stood waiting to be help after 5 mins I ll just left and went to ralphs.

Clean well stocked. Everyone polite but the person working produce. We were picking lettuce and he came up with an empty cart. Then said excuse me and began to install a small shelf divider. Instead of going around us or waiting he blocked all the lettuce with his cart directly infront of me.. hello? Im not invisible. So I said oh here, let me go around your cart so your not bothered 😏🙃🙂🤔

Ran in for fruit. The produce was beautiful and everything I bought was delicious.

Came to this overpriced grocery store to shop for dinner...waited at the meat counter behind other store patrons for 5 minutes, bell rang more than once and not one single person acknowledged anybody...so we left...and drove further away to a grocery store with way better prices AND customer service. Also, this is not our first time with a terrible experience at the meat counter.

Good to pick up a couple items, but way too expensive to do your grocery shopping.

The front of the store inside (rightside door) smells like horrible body odor when you walk in and I smelled it consistently even when I left, not sure if its the fans or the sewer but something is definitely wrong in there smell wise. But they had the groceries i was looking for so thats a plus...enough said.

I shop at Barons, Sprouts, trader Joes, total wine, target and only at Vons is there a long line when checking outThey just dont prioritize keeping waiting times short.. they need to work on getting more cashiers or calling for backupPrices arent great but the meat and fruit have some standout quality itemsJust when I run in for one small thing I have to wait like 10 minutes in a line... its literally like waiting for a ride at a theme park

This store is always clean and has a wonderful selection of cheeses for just about any cooking need. Their produce section is always well tended and moist. Some of the best in town where grocery stores are concerned!

Absolutely love this Vons! Always clean and freshly stocked. Friendly staff and everyone is very nice and Helpful. Plenty of parking and nice clean carts. Good deli, fresh produce, and baked bread right out of the oven.

Great place to shop! Veggies are very fresh and last long after you buy them. The meat dept had a good selection too. It lasts long after your purchase.

I shop at vons at least once a week. The staff is friendly and foid prices are reasonable.

Expensive. Limited selections in many areas. I go there on rare occasions because its closest to me and for 1 or 2 items.

I found what i was looking for easy and at checkout the man was polite and helped me with a coupon I had on my Vons card.

I love our Vons! There are places to pay less, but Vons is always well stocked, clean, and friendly.

Ever since COVID I have been doing curbside pickup and Ralphs employees have been awesome! They are always nice and helpful, sometimes even cracking jokes. A special thanks to Dina who has brought out my groceries 3 times since this whole thing started and even though I cant see her smile (because of the mask), I know she has one. Thanks for showing up everyone and with such a warm attitude.

Ive shopped at Safeway in SF Bay Area for 26 years. Here in So Cal it is VonS. Never disappoint with all the products fron them. Meats, Chickens, Seafood. the best. Yes, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Always clean and tidy. Only issue is with cashiers not following protical and taking next in long corona virus lines. Not cool for the chubby dark haired cashier at 530ish today. Avoiding working must be eating time up on the clock.😕

Vons, as always, seems to have a much higher standard than most of its competitors. Aisles are always faced and labeled correctly staff is friendly and helpful, and best of all they keep their carts and registers clean in between customers. I love vons! Its just too far from my home. I just wish they would open in Hemet. For the first time in months, i was able to buy everything on my shopping list. All weekend ive veen chasing about 30 items for T.G. dinner. Bare shelves everywhere. As a retail and wholesale vet over the last three decades i know O E THING,!!!BARE SHELVES ARE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION.NOT ONLY DID THEY HAVE EVERY ITEM ON MY LIST, THEY HAD PEOPLE TO HELP ME FIND THOSE ITEMS. IT WAS LIKE THE NORDSTROM OF GROCERY STORES, BUT THE PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE ON EVERYTHING.I HAVE RECENTLY CUT UP MY WALMART CART. ILL NEVER GO INTO A WALMART EVER AGAIN. THERE IS A LOT OF VALUE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS NOT MISSING AN ITEM.I CAN NOW HONESTLY SAY, VONS BLOWS AWAY GELSONS!THANKS FOR YOUR COMMITMENTS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.....

The new management here have made the store have a MUCH nicer vibe. More workers that actually engauge you instead of running from you, if you used to not like this store give it another try now. Much better and cleaner

Did not have canning supplies. The Vons in Ventura did. This particular store does not have good selection of items. It doesnt look full and overflowing.

I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, which was called in by my doctor yesterday. It was not ready! I was told it would take 15 minutes to prepare. I got it 30 minutes later. The place was not busy! Then the pharmacist agreed me questions I already answered, further wasting my time. All this time I was in severe pain, which was quite evident, yet she made me wait, wait and wait. Never again!

Id be happy if Vons could decide whether mixers (tonic) belong on the booze aisle or the soft drink aisle. Every store is different!Also, if youre always running out of the same coffee creamer flavors, then please stock more of those! Its not rocket science.

Only McDonalds for miles...sometimes they serve old cold food, and they always mess up my order in some way... and their prices are higher than other McDonalds Franchises...I should never go back, but they are the only McDonalds around for many miles

This location has a dmv now kiosk. If you dont know what that is, its a kiosk that you can get your dmv registration tags from. You take your old registration card in and follow the prompts, a few minutes later it prints you a new registration card with the sticker tags on it. Skip the dmv and go here! No AAA membership required!

Stopped during a trip from San Diego to Memphis and the doors were locked on one side. Before we could walk away someone promptly unlocked the door for us and said it was too cold outside for us to walk to the next entrance. How kind is that? We bought fresh veggies and dips for road snacks and the dips were are locally made. Everyone was very kind, the store was clean and the produce was fresh. There’s not much you can expect from a grocery store at 9:45 on a Thursday night.

I went in for the sale they had on coca cola. Great sale! They only had 5 on the counter so someone went back to look. They found them under other things. The manager, Nick, who had opened up a lane when the line formed longer than 3, went back and picked up another 6 pack for me. Super nice ! And then a young lady helped me to my car

Clean store, well organized. I dont like the vibe in there for some reason. Maybe it is just this location but I just dont like it. I rarely go to this store unless its an emergency. Prices are pretty expensive, even things on sale. I like a good bargain and you cant find one here. Aside from those things. Produce is fresh. Good variety of stock in this location. The staff is friendly enough but its the kind of friendly they are getting paid for lol.

Deli staff: Deficient in customer service skills

Clean and well maintained, everyone is always asking how they can help. Shelves are stocked and you rarely see things out of place, florist is amazing and so nice to work with. Lines get long every now and then but theyre good about opening up new lanes.
