The guys at the vintner vault are awesome! Great prices even compared to online, huge selection, and some of the best customer service Ive ever received. They helped me custom build and modify a plate filter system and spent well over an hour showing me how to operate it safely and effectively. Never felt rushed or pressured to spend any money. They also have great customer service over the phone and remembered me when I called and helped me place a mail order. These guys are the real deal! Dont go anywhere else for your wine, brewing, distillation, filtering or stainless!

The products seem expensive for the quality. They cater too much to the penny pinching home winemaker. I, and others, wish they stocked higher quality goods and highered staff members with more knowledge of the industry.

Rating based on overall experience. Grain selection is good, all the regulars ate here.Hop selection is good, but the last few times I stopped in they were out of the basic C hops. Equipment selection is great, they seem to have everything one would need to brew beer. People are friendly once you engage them.

Prices are pretty high for daily items but local inventory is worth something. That said dont ever call and ask if they have something and ask to hold it, drive 3 hours to get there.... its gone or they never checked ... wasted my time on more than two occasion now

I come here strictly for homebrewing related things, they have a good selection of grains, hops, yeast and additives and good prices too. I havent looked at their equipment selection in depth but it seems adequate. I would recommend this homebrew store for medium to advanced level brewers only. Located right next to Wiens Brewing Co, nice and convenient.

I go there all the time. Very helpful staff. Its nice to have a wine store in our town, when you need something, you can just go get it, no waiting shipping time, almost.

I can only speak to its brewing equipment selection and I would say its the best I have seen. They even do custom welding on pots; Apparently, they did some of the equipment and setup for the surrounding breweries. Impressive setup and knowledgable staff. I will be driving from SD to pick up equipment from here for now on.

I feel like a kid in candy store when I go here. They have everything a brewer might need.

Ive been coming to Vinters Vault off and on for a few years now and it has declined severely since my first visit in 2014. During a recent visit (Feb. 2017) there was so much inventory/ clutter on the sales floor that no one even knew I was in the store until I had to find an employee in the back of the store so that I could checkout and pay. I went there today (3/25/17) and though google and the sign on their door said they were open, the store was locked and there was no one to be found. If you are in the Temecula or Murrieta area and are looking for home-brew/beer supplies or ingredients, I would highly recommend going to Murrieta Homebrew Emporium over this place. Much better customer service and theyre always open when they say theyre open, unlike Vinters Vault.
