She was very knowledgeable and assisted me throughout the entire transaction. She even came to my house at seven oclock at night to put my mind at ease when we made a material change with the actual window sample in hand. She was patient, kind and understanding.The installers as well, they were friendly and hard workers. They took the time to walk me through the entire property on their last day just to make sure I was completely satisfied. The showroom floor was huge and well maintained. My wife and I were Amazed at the professional and friendly service from the very beginning (getting a quote) all the way to the installation. There was no painting, drywall or stucco damage during the process at all. The Windows look and Work Amazing!! There has been a noticeable difference in the temperature reduction in our house. In fact, we have not used the air conditioner since we installed them. We either have the windows shut when it is hot out or we open them for a nice cool breeze and it cools the whole house down. We would definitely use and recommend Doors & Windows to our friends and family.
