Great service with a friendly staff. The ice cream reminds me of my childhood when my parents used to bring me there when I was younger.

Came here for an early morning milkshake. Andrea was very nice and helpful, she even asked if I wanted to sample the flavor of the month. The mint and chip milkshakes are my favorite and Andrea did a great job making them. The store was clean and the overall customer service was great. Only downside was that the POS system malfunctioned during my transaction and completely froze. Luckily we were able to use another register to complete the transaction. Id definitely come back!

My cone was super! I believe it was something like carmel, trufel something. Really tasty, only I cant eat dinner now. I just had one scoop, but Im full...so soda crackers are on my menu!

I went here a few weeks ago with my mom, and it was one of the worst experiences I have had. Especially with COVID, I expected the place to be clean, but all the counters were dirty and everything was unsanitary. My mom is elderly and is vulnerable to getting the virus, and after taking her here, I would never do that again in my life. All the workers seemed scared of the owner, Phil. And it feels like a very hostile working environment. I have never been so disappointed in an ice cream store. It is supposed to be fun and friendly, but I was just left disappointed. Just save yourself the trip and go to Cold Stone instead.

I can not stress this enough! DO NOT GO HERE! I have had the absolute worst experience. I went to the togos Baskin Robbins after my sons soccer game to treat the kids. I was served by the owner who I later found out his name was Phil, let me just say he is the absolute rudest man ever. My sandwich was made wrong and they turned the entire situation on me I was completely shocked, but my kids still wanted ice cream. I reluctantly allowed them to get some and again disappointed. I told the manager on that side about how I was disappointed with the togos service and he did nothing to make this experience better the ice cream was soft not to sure why. The customer service was awful but the food even worse. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This place needs new owners and management. I visited a few days ago and I have never been to such an unprofessional and dirty place. I was so disappointed by the service at both togos and baskin robbins. Phil which is apparently the owner, didn’t care about any of the customers that I witnessed ordering. It seemed all the young employees were scared of him aswell.. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else!!!!

Friendly service! Would be nice to have access to a trash can outside since thats where you are having to eat now instead of having everyone repeatedly touching the same door handle to get in and out. If you are taking it to go, its great!

I go three different Baskin Robins in this are . This is the best of all. The workers are very friendly and nice.

I was very disappointed with the service. The 2 teenage girls working were not being cooperative. They served all the kids except like 5 or 6 cause apparently it was closing time. My mom had to bust in, and get these kids ice cream. It was no easy challenge. But please Baskin Robbins.

I absolutely love the ice cream here but the pricing is crazy expensive and I had a really bad time using the app today. I came in with a coupon for a free scoop from the app and $2 off my purchase with the TMobile app. The $2 voucher worked but when I went to pay with the free scoop coupon it gave me an error message meaning I had to pay full price which I luckily had the money on me to pay. But corporate really needs to get their act together with the app because its left a really bad taste in my mouth and I dont really want to go back.

Container had ice cream on the outside of it they didnt bother to wipe it off they put it in the bag and ice cream was all over the other items that were in the bag. Wasnt too happy about it.

It was my first time visiting TOGO’S and Baskin Robbins, and I had such a great experience. Emily made our sandwiches and Patrick served me some awesome ice cream. Emily answered all of our questions and was very pleasant. Patrick was so enthusiastic and was very pleasant as well. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you guys! You will see us again!

Two of my friends walked in 2 minutes before they closed and the workers wouldn’t let them get ice cream so a mom had to save the day and talk to the workers

The employees said the air has been out for 3 weeks. That is bad it was hot and miserable in there. And the poor employees had to work in that environment. Wont be going there for a while. Why is a ice cream store so warm that the workers, are sweating.
