Had custom frame done. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Time frame was 30 minutes. Pick up was easy. Again staff was really nice and considerate of our picture. Gave condolences made us feel welcomed and important. Thank you.

What a great shopping experience coming here. Such a great selection, layout of store is nice. You wont get greeted by anyone other than their register workers but all staff is really helpful and knowledgeable when you ask them for help.

Awesome store for any decorating or crafting needs. I love this place. They are always well stocked and have sales going on. Theres plenty to choose from, in fact, they already started putting out the fall and Christmas items so you can get a jump on the seasons. Definitely check this store out!

This is my happy place. A crafter or decorators paradise with friendly, helpful staff. Just wish they had some non- imported (read expensive) thread.

The store is really clean and organized by sections of items and materials needed for almost any project. I accidentally asked an assistant from a different department about an item and he was really helpful even though he wasnt too familiar. But I came in for the party section for gender reveal items and the selection was okay they do carry the powder and the confetti popers and balloons for a every inexpensive price. Price range was from $1-5. Most definitely will be returning to this store!

My cashier, Wendy, waz more worried about another equal level employee and being a 3rd grade tattle tale and telling me that my damaged merchandise didnt warrant a discount vs providing customer service, so if you want Spring Valley, Compton, Escondido style customer service, by all meanz knock yourself out, but if you want the service your hard-earned money dezervez, the AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Hobby lobby always has the items you need for your crafts and projects! It’s a pleasant place to shop, workers are nice and helpful, and it is always very clean. There is TONS of inventory, always multiple of each item! Very Christian driven, so you can find all kinds of bibles and crosses and Christian quotes and sayings. Overall, a great place to find crafty items in a huge store.

This place is a Disney wonderland for home decor. I love the wide assortment of items to choose from but only wish there was more customer support in the store.

A bit disappointed that they dont discount damaged goods better. I needed a 12×12 and an 11x14 frame that matched. It took me a long time and finally I found some. But, the 12x12 was damaged front and back. I asked if they had any more. No. But, a manager would discount it at the register. She said they do not discount damage on the back. She would take $4 off a $50 frame though. When all was said and done and I checked my receipt, no discount. Bummer.

This store has almost everything you might need for a craft or decorating project. The only downside is that its busy even when I go shortly after they open. If you go in yhe afternoon its even worse. The lines are ridiculous. Trying to find someone for assistance isnt very hard but finding a person knowledgable for the dept you are shopping is another story.

Big store with plenty of selections. Before this hobby lobby opened, it’s just pretty much mainly Michael’s as the only option for crafts supplies. Organized and clean. Parking can be difficult on peak times. Staff were helpful. Knocked off a star for prices. I know I could get some of the items for much cheaper somewhere else but having a lot of options in 1 store is a plus. Theyre already selling christmas stuff and it’s only August!

Its a hobby lobby the aesthetic alone draws you in. They carry cute fabric.They dont have coupons anymore.Not a fan of what the companies history with homophobia and it is the last place I go to shop for fabric and supplies because of this.

Staff is always super informative and helpful if you can’t find what you’re looking for. The store is always super clean and has proper COVID-19 sanitation and safety guidelines.

Hobby Lobby is a Cute shop for home items. A lot of home things to look at. You need about two hours to look at everything on each aisle. Make sure you shop when things are on sale. It can be pricey for some items.

Shopped here for the first time and absolutely loved this store! Wonderful selection of merchandise. I was happily willing to wait in the long lines. Everything was great except for the young girl who was my cashier. She had a bit of an attitude but Im willing to look that over.

We love Hobby Lobby.This day we waited a LONG time at register with only ONE person in front of us. She had only three items. Cashier and supervisor were working on the same thing at the same time. Couldnt supervisor handle it so cashier could check people out? We were ignored and five people got in line behind us while we all waited. Just saying.

Bought some items on Saturday, 11/7/2020. It was a Mad house. Came home, notice a flat metal piece was missing. Just went back. Waited forever. Was told the video showed that it was put in my bag along with the other three items (which I have). I am insulted that they would essentially call me a liar. I showed them my receipt. That particular item could have easily slipped next to the bag that they claim the video showed it was put. I am appalled at the way I was treated. I just checked my car again, checked the house again. I don’t have it!To even use the video without telling me, treating me like a criminal, is demeaning to me. These people need to pray a little to learn proper customer service. I paid for something I never received. I am disgusted and insulted.

I would have gone with a 5 stars given that the store alone is great, things are organized by theme or colors. Lots to choose from. Customer service on the other hand is horrible. I asked about a discount item, and when I proceed to pay another item with cash in hand the cashier said this is not on sale when I wasnt asking so we left.

Decorations amazing, prices on the other hand... not so amazing. Workers were pretty helpful most of the time but a few of them didn’t seem to be as ready to help, but that happens everywhere. Can always rely on finding home decor you can think of but not find anywhere else, just probably gonna be a last ditch effort with those prices.

They got rid of their coupon, only reason I was going there, too bad.

Id always been a Michaels customer. But I couldnt find an item at Michaels and decided to check out Hobby Lobby. I not only found what I was looking for and discovered it came in assorted shades, but the price was just a few cents less. Hobby Lobby is so much bigger, wider assortment of item and they carry so much more than Michaels. Im now a Hobby Lobby fan.

They had what I was looking for but all three different employees I spoke or cut fabric for me didnt look very happy.

Great selection, friendly employees but lines are ridiculously long to check out. I have left without buying what l had put in my cart bc of the wait to pay.

Honestly their selection for hobbyist items were really good, they have pretty quality sales but the one downside Id have to say is that the customer service was subpar at best, the lady who was our cashier wasnt really paying attention to us she was more interested in talking to her co-worker. when we ask something about our price because we thought it was wrongly rung up, she proceeded to give us a snarky comment and then told us we were wrong and then made us pay and leave. so hopefully you have a better experience than us

Very friendly staff! Always have several registers open so lines arent long. Great variety for so many different interior design styles. Sales are great. If something isnt on sale this week, just wait! Itll be on sale next week. They rotate their sales weekly. This location is always clean and welcoming.

Great store every thing you need and more

Im rating the inventory a 5. However, the experience a 3 because:Trying to get a popular item down from a wall was not an easy task.Since the store was busy I approached the manager and asked for assistance and was advised to look around the massive store to see if this same item was located elsewhere.When I advised her I had located one but it appeared to be scratched her reply was there all the same,just take that one.However kudos to the very helpful & customer service minded employee who overheard the conversation & went to the back room, came out a few minutes later with non scratched item....thanks for saving the day.

My wife loves this place, seems every time I go with her we find some hidden gem. Bought a clock that goes perfect with our house and it was 50% off. So many things to look at here you can spend a while browsing. Got Xmas lights and a timer too... for a great deal, so I keep coming back.

Hobby Lobby is definitely one of my go to stores. A lot of decor in my house is from there. Want to go back for a bench I saw, hope they still have. The only negative is long check outs, never have gotten through the check out process promptly... Checkers have to know whats on sale, seems to be part of the problem it seems. On a positive end, holiday decor galore for every season always!

The religious baloney at this store is over the top, plus they refuse to cover birth control for their employees.
