I have been a Geeks customer for over 20 years, since the Oceanside days. The prices were great, the store hours were great because geeks lime myself had time to get of work and make it into the store to shop. Geeks used to be the place to find one of a kind electronics. These are the things that kept me coming back year after year. I used to come into the store practically every day on my way in from work. Ive only been to the store twice since the hours changed and I am very disappointed. The swap meet style has less desirable items thrown into a cardboard box sitting on pallets and I had a very hard time finding simple things like keyboards and phone chargers. I spoke with the new manager but he doesnt seem to have the best entrust of the customer in mine or just doesnt know what true geeks are looking for in a store that was a gem. Also, the prices are over inflated for refurbished product. Its not the same experience. I hope someone understands the basics of supply and demand or customer satisfaction before this once thriving store is a thing of the past.

They have a little of everything when it comes to computers, audio/video, and consumer electronics. You can build a decent PC from scratch with what they sell. They sell video adapters as well. The staff is awesome, always very helpful. (Online only now, the retail store closed, understandable, but it still sucks to lose a local retail computer store).

If you want computers or computer equipment, this is a way better option than the big chain stores. The employees know their stuff, and the prices are much lower. You can find high end peripherals here, that are not available at the big chain store.

These guys are awesome, never will I pay retail again..... I just bought five large screens for a customers install......not one issue or problem. John, my geek rep, was more than professional, he took great care of us.

Great place to shop for refurbished electronics. Its possible to find a good deal here if you do your research. They regularly open their warehouse to the public for really good deals.

Not only do they have a lot of inventory and not only do they have very fair pricing and not only do they provide onsite tech support, they are FRIENDLY!This is definitely not Staples or Best Buy.I buy several computers each year and I accidentally/fortunately found this store in my town. If all the purchases are as easy and satisfying as my first purchase, this store will be my first choice for computers and most other electronic products.Thank you!!!

The other reviews are right. This certainly isnt Best Buy or Frys. The place is clean, the people are friendly and knowledgeable. The store front is small, but thats only a convenience thing. If you dont see what you want, get online! Theyve got it all and at a good price.

They are no longer open on the weekends. We cannot get back to Temecula early enough to bring our computer for repair or take advantage of their vast knowledge or the great prices they have. VERY SAD!

They no longer have a store nor can you pick up online orders. Used to be a much better buisness.

I dont understand how the store wasnt working. The Valley needs a decent computers/laptops/accessories store. I cant justify ordering from here to pay to mail it across town. Might as well spend the money on gas and goto Frys.

Probably the worst customer service experience Ive ever encountered. Called to ask a few questions regarding possible upgrade of a Mac pro. Gentleman on the phone was very nice and told me to bring it in and we could have a look together, that was it. Arrive at location ask the same questions and I am immediately trying to be sold on a $1000 non mac computer. No thanks. Then i proceed to ask if we can just turn mine on to see what they think of the operating power and storage, literally just clicking about this mac 2 buttons so I can ask questions about upgrades so they are more informed on what Im working with. Well, thats a diagnostic fee apparently of $50, so again I say no thanks because two button clicks is not worth $50. End result - 10 minutes at best buy with geek squad for free and new parts from newegg which they helped me pick for my rig. Im sure geek store could have got the money for these upgrades, but definitely not willing to help. Hope this helps someone else, brick and mortar shop is a waste of time and gear is way overpriced online. Check Newegg or the million other sites first.

The Geeks Store has been my place to go for my computer needs. I have built a couple of computers from scratch and they always help me find exactly what Im looking for and need for my build. Great service, great prices, give them a try.

Good prices. Some things seem to be low quality. But you definitely can get more for your buck there.

I used to love Geeks but not anymore. I no longer understand their business model, where they used to sell computer parts and accessories at a discounted price but they no longer seem to have this and they now have their limited items overpriced on older-model equipment. I went in wanting to buy and item but I found they carried three different types of varieties and all three at a more expensive price than other retailers. Not to mention that you can get newer model equipment at other retailers big chain stores for the same price and even free shipping. I could keep going on why I no longer like geeks but if youre looking for a good deal youre better off going somewhere else. Its a surprise theyre still in business but I think theyre still surviving on the fan base. Eventually I think theyll get tired like me or figure out they dont stock or carry new items at a competitive price.

Everyone there was nice and freindly and most importen, they new what they where talking about. I will definitely be coming back to this store for all of my electronic needs.

Good place to hit in a pinch or when looking for a deal. Not always the best prices but usually pretty good.
