I liked the dress I bought but it damaged so easily the first day I wore it. I steamed it to get out the wrinkles but they didn’t budge. The return policy is non existent. As I was steaming the dress and making sure it didn’t touch the steamer, little glitter strings from the dress kept coming out from the dress and ruining it.

First time checking this store out. Very large location, seemed clean and staff was friendly enough without hovering. I didnt purchase nor try any of the clothes on, as I quickly noticed that most of the items seemed to be of equal or lesser quality as the top juniors clothing stores but with much higher prices

Lilyful is a WASTE OF MONEY!!I bought a jump suit, wore it once and washed it according to the instructions (hand wash cold and hang dry)The suit was ruined. I literally just rinsed it and the colors bled and it shrunk!!??SUCH LOW QUALITY CLOTHING.I returned to the store for an exchange. (Not even a refund) I asked to speak to the manager and the regional manager and they would not speak to me.They will not work with you. They have a policy that after 14 days or after washed they will not stand by their clothes. Just long enough for you to realize YOU PURCHASED GARBAGE!Post a bad review on Instagram and they will block your account. They know what there doing, RIPPING OFF WOMEN CONSUMERS.

Im really bummed, because I bought a pair of jeans and after wearing them twice I noticed they were falling apart at the seam. The jeans were not cheap, so I went into the store asking for an even exchange for the same jeans. The sales girl had to call her manager, which said no to the exchange. I think they have cute clothes, but will never shop there a again.

Honestly no good! ONE TIME WEAR clothing store. Their good reviews are either discounts or employees. Bought a jumpsuit from them and it was destroyed after one wear. They must have known this was going to happen because their policy is after 14 days or after washed (a process all clothes have to go through) you are OUT OF LUCK! SORRY! A business that doesn’t stand behind their product isn’t a business !LILYFUL IS A SCAM!!DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

No helpful employees, every time I come this store. They dont ask if u need help lookin for anything or in the fitting room.
