I love this place. Could go crazy here. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This was the first time in this store, but as i browsed around, i saw they have high-end merchandises, and an even small appliances. The prices are comparable to other high-end stores.

For this store to be a Williams Sonoma, I’ve seen better customer service At macys. I walked in was not greeted, multiple employees walked passed and did not ask to assist me. The store it self isn’t that appealing, Would not recommend shopping at this location.

The customer service is wonderful. They have great quality cookware.

We came in to check out the All-Clad D5 5 piece pan set. We left with that and so much more. All for the same price. Our sales person was wonderful. She helped us find all the best deals and get some bonuses as well

Love this place favorite hobby and fabulous customer service.

Buyer beware. They sell used merchandise. Bought a All clad cookware set plus a few xtras, and the pasta pot we got had been used. The staff is nice and knowledgeable, but was NOT pleased with the used pot. We live quite a ways from there, so its not very convenient to go back.

The best place to shop. ruthie is THE most helpful and friendly person.Very kind and helpful. Shes probably sold my wife all available inventory. Wait why am I complimenting her??!!

Ruined Our Thanksgiving. Ordered turkey for Thanksgiving 11/17/18 11 am. Was promised turkey would arrive by 11/21/18.I called 11/21/18 and was advised turkey was in route and would be delivered to the door 11/21/18. Waited until midnight and no turkey. Learned 11/23/18 that the turkey had not even been shipped. No integrity. Only one star reviews on BBB. Dont let them ruin a family holiday like they ruined ours.
