Awesome service and great quality meat! My wife and I visited this butcher for the first time this weekend. We purchased 4 different types of sausage and a cowboy ribeye. Everything we purchased was of exceptional quality! When we entered the store, the gentlemen at the register could tell we were newcomers to the shop and treated us well, while informing us what they has to offer! Great quality and a great experience. We will be back!

Really nice full service butcher shop. They offer amazing sandwich options, a selection of sauces and marinades, and other lunch options. I had the smoked duck sandwich, highly recommended! The staff were knowledgeable and really friendly! I will definitely be back!

I dont know how much of a secret this butcher shop / lunch spot is, but it is a treasure. Clean, organized, and the staff are friendly. This one of the few spots to get prime and wagyu beef in the area. The sausage is made in house and is a favorite of mine.

Customer service is not good. We came here 2 weeks ago asking to pre-order some dry aged porterhouse. One of the guys told me he’d get it in a week and a half. He also said you probably won’t buy it all as is if he wasn’t taking my order seriously. I called in 2 days ago to check if the meat is ready to be picked up. It seems that he never submitted the pre-order for me at the time I had asked go figure with the guys attitude that day. they told me there’d be some available Thursday, so Thursday rolls around and I walk into the store not seeing any dry age on the shelves. I ask if they had any available right off the bat I get a rude response that it won’t be ready tell Friday. I tell him I had spoke to someone a few days prior and was told it would be available and that I had also came in 2 weeks prior and placed a pre order for dry age porterhouse. Which he tells me he has no idea who and why they would say that it would be ready Thursday. (Which I’m pretty sure it was him who told me on the phone) then another guy comes out from the back and it was the original guy I had placed the pre order with 2 weeks prior. He was extremely rude as well much like the first experience I had with him when I placed the pre order. These people just don’t seem to enjoy there job and it shows. They tell me the porterhouse is not ready until tomorrow (Friday). Whoever that talked to me two days prior saying it would be ready doesn’t exist I guess? They say they can give me the meat early, even though it’s not properly aged (according to their standards). I’m not gonna take this meat if it’s not properly done that’s what I’m paying for? I live out in hemet, so I’m not local. I come here to pick up quality meats. It seems as though that their customer service is not on par with the meats. I will go to Murrieta from now on. Jesse at the Murrieta location has outstanding customer service. He’s gone out of his way to try to make sure I’m happy and things are right after I had explained this experience. That’s the kind of customer service they should have at Temecula location.

I absolutely love Ive this deli so much so that I drive about 40 mins just to get a sandwich here. The first time I ever had lunch here I fell in love with the food the ppl the service everything was perfect.... But idk who the new guy is but the last two times I have gone here i was treated very disrespectful and the service was trash and the quality of the food was horrible I even had to ask them to remake my sandwich because he had cut my sandwich with a knife that he had just used to cut onions with and didnt bother to clean it off or use a new one so my sandwich tasted like onion so bad and I specifically asked for the onion to be left off my sandwich politely I was treated bad for asking to have it remade and even the second I got it given to me it was not good the bread was not toasted at all the bacon was barley cooked it was just thrown together like he was mad that he had to re do it. The next time I called ahead to order and the guy who answered the phone was do rude it wasnt even funny I even said wow in the middle of me ordering which didnt seem to bother him at all we will see how it turns out when I get there rn. I just wish the boys would come back that were working there the first time I came.

I was so excited to try this place. Their menu looks awesome. The husband and I drove about 30 min to come try this place. We ordered a sandwich in advance over the phone. Walked in, the shop is adorable - it’s exactly the kind of place we would love, except most people working behind the counter weren’t wearing masks! Including one guy working at the meat case who had his mask dangling from one ear as he reached in to put things in the case! What is up with that?? You don’t have basic respect for your customers - You’re working in food service... No masks? Or a mask hanging from one ear? Why? I was so sad and disappointed. We were hungry and really wanted to try that sandwich. We walked out. Will never be back.

I love the meats, cheeses, gourmet products and the service! I always feel welcome there. If only all stores were this way! My favorite item to buy is the sausages. The Cowboy is so unique that I get that everytime it is available . Went for steaks today and also left with sausages. Yum!

Love this butter/ Deli, the quality of the meats are the best and I dont mind the employees not wearing masks. The employees are top notch in my books and had no hesitation to cut the meat as I had requested. For the last negative comment of them not wearing the mask thats their prerogative. Quit being a MASKHOLE!!!! I will definitely be trying out their sandwiches from the Deli! Heard they are AMAZING!

Great Samis (sandwiches).. this place is also a butcher shop.. you can pick up some prime peaces of meat here. Clean place. Small outdoor seating area to eat. No bathrooms.

Best sandwich of 2021 try it

I want to start by saying I absolutely love this place. Staff are always incredibly nice, and the meats are all top notch. I love that they carry occasional rare meats, like elk and bison. I just thought I would leave a comment in regards to the new hours. They close at 6pm on weekdays now, and I cant manage to get there on time most nights because I commute from North San Diego and traffic is atrocious. If the hours were pushed back out to 7pm that would be awesome. I honestly have had to spend money elsewhere for months because I cant make it in time on weekdays, and would much rather spend my money here! Even a 6:30 pm closing time would be awesome. Just my two cents, but overall I absolutely love this place. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely amazing. Awesome sandwiches, gorgeous meats and specialty produce, super friendly staff went out of their way to treat us great. EVERYONE should come here. Pic is of The Cuban but we also had the roast beef and the duck. Seriously, everything was amazing.

I love this place. The sandwiches are on point, great quality steaks, and I was able to custom order Portuguese sausages (only place local in my search).BTW, the only 1 star review is a non-local animal rights person who I strongly doubt actually went here.

Love that this place is down the st from work and serves delicious sandwiches.Place has been opened for a few months now and a lot of people are talking good about it.Good selection of meats, priced higher than most, but quality is great.Service is good and place is clean.Recommend people to check it out for sure and eat a sandwich here too.

I will not do business with a deli butcher shop thats only open from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. you know what if you wanted hours like that you should probably just stay home I would advise everyone just to leave this place alone lets show this guy that we live in the real world you should be open real hours

Had steaks that were grilled and home from here and had Tri Tip that they smoked for a small dinner party and both were DELICIOUS!! They have a great little shop and we will defin6be using them again!
