Makes me sad to leave a poor review but I just googled Beauty supply locations near me and this was the first thing that showed up because I was right next-door at home goods. I just needed a pair of lashes and walked and grab them and went to the counter the girl at the counter asked if I was a licensed professional and said that she could only sell to me if I were. I have no problem paying retail I am just upset that now I have to leave and go somewhere else to buy a pair of lashes that only cost three dollars RETAIL... I wish it were more clearly posted that they will not sell to the public. I don’t understand why you would even have a storefront at that point.. I own salons (tanning salons) and purchase all of my product from an online exclusive retailer that does not have a storefront because of confusion like this. The thing that makes me the most upset is that the girl was very straightforward and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience

I absolutely loved this location. I live in hemet and I recent moved from Missouri so I needed a lot of help trying to get a good kit going for when I work in a salon in California and the store manager was so so helpful and educational. Through the years of shopping at cosmoprof for my supplies this is the first cosmoprof Ive been to that doesnt have lazy employees. Thank you to the store manager. I will be coming to this location from now on for all my supply needs.
