Stopped by on August 24th for an estimate. Travis emailed the next day. I revised a part of my request (from signs to car magnets) and never heard from them again.I called several times and was promised attention. Its now September 19th and Im enjoying cheaper signs from another company and still nothing from them.

I had them make a banner for a memorial ride for my husband. It came out great and I got it earlier than promised.

DO NOT GO THERE. THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY HAVE 2 OR 3 PEOPLE WORKING ON YOUR SIGNS AND THEY MESS UP THINGS. THE OWNER SHAUN IS VERY RUDE AND THE DESIGNER ZACK YELLS AT YOU WHEN YOU WANT AN EXPLANATION FOR THE JOB THEY DID FOR YOU. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTS, THEY WOULD ARGUE IN FRONT OF YOU AND CUSS EACH OTHER OUT.I GOT RIP OFF. NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IM TELLING THE TRUTH BECAUSE I AM A BELIEVER AND HAVE ETHICS AND PROFESSIONALISM.

I have used FastSigns on two occasions, and their service and professionalism are far above what I expected, far above what typical customer service is these days. Even when I missed a spelling error on one of the drafts of the sign being made, they were very courteous and corrected the error promptly.
