Very friendly service

On my way home from work my check engine light came on. I panicked of course. So I did some investigation. I found out it was my coolant thermostat. I called a ton of places. Then I called polo. They gave the best customer service Ive had in a long time. They took me home while I waited for my car to be ready then picked me up in my own car so I could see that it was running the way it should. When I came back to the shop he physically showed me the parts he replaced. I am so glad I found an honest shop that is there for its customers. Thank you Jose for all your help.

Went to this place a couple times and was alright. and after the 3rd time i went for a brake check, and brake line flush and refill and the guy said i was good on my brakes for the next 6 months. one week later, my brakes shredded my rotors. not returning here again. ill take my business elsewhere

Last few times I had vehicle issues, they got me in quickly and didnt charge me an arm or leg. Mechanics took the time to explain what they did and lady in front (Erika) went out of her way to find best parts for the money.

My dad trusted him as his mechanic for many years before that back when his shop was in Moreno Valley. I now live in Murrieta and was so happy when he moved his shop to Temecula. It is so hard to find TRUST in a good mechanic. He really looks out for the customer! He will tell you what is wrong with your car and wont take advantage of you. I would put my name on the line any day for this guy!! I see him as a friend that always looks after my best interest.

I got nothing good to say about this place I had taken my ex-wifes car there with her to get the f****** air conditioner fixed checked and charged and I had my cane in the backseat that I personally made myself as a walking stick actually and they stole it out of the back seat and lied and said that they didnt and there was nothing in the car when the lion cuz I know it was there
