Napa is not what it used to be. Staff knowledge and napa brand quality are down. On par with auto zone. Its just meh.

Have to give two thumbs up. When entered this Napa Auto Parts store was greeted immediately by employee Robert. Very kind young man. I wasnt sure what to get he was very informative and help me. Also went the extra step to show me where I needed to put the item I purchased in my car. Will definitely come back.

Went to buy oil at the store and was told they arent honoring the advertised promotion. Furthermore, they informed that the owner rarely honors any sale or promotion put on by Napa. Too bad because prior to moving to Temecula Napa was my go to auto parts store.On a side note the employees were very friendly.

I am so glad there is a NAPA in this part of Temecula! I only shop at NAPA and these guys are the best. They even helped me out before the store was open when they were just starting to bring the parts in.
