I had a horrible experience in Spfld with a company that claimed to service John Deere Mowers. After 2 weeks of having my mower, they stil didnt have it ready and ordered parts from the EAST COAST for it. I said NO ABSOLUTELY NOT. I called SIoan in Taylorville and they came to get my mower within a day, had it serviced and returned in 4 work days!! Ill never leave my Deere with anyone else. I paid more at Sloan but paying less would have me STILL without a mower. Courteous staff and transparent on mechanical pricing and needs.

I bought a zero turn mower last month, the mower is incredible, (the operate leaves a little to be desired ) I hit a stump and did some damage, they took it at 430 fri night and I had it back Monday afternoon, I had to replace the blades and they did not bill me except for one hour labor. They had to straighten the deck, replace blades, orbital motor shaft was bent and they covered it and I am so appreciative and delighted that I bought the Green Machine from Sloan Implements Taylorville IL.Thank all of you at sloan for your help and support. That could have put me close to out of buisness, instead I am picking up clients.

Good parts employees. Good mechanics when we bring implements for service. Mike Wilson, sales mgr can print the same used tractor @ various Sloans dealerships.
