This is a great place if you don’t mind your fee going up every 6 months. That’s every 6 mos since they took over from Lake.Note: each answer from management sounds like the canned laughter you get from sitcoms, the same - every time. Computer voice

Stop looking. You want service, clean and secure storage, not another mortgage payment!. Talk to Dom, he will set you up with the right price and the service is incredible. I like someone who has the ability to supply my storage needs and most times its over the phone. I like that! Yes I have multiple units here and pass others to get there.

We rented a unit and within just a few months they jacked our rate up about 20% to better serve you. Not sure how that better serves me at all. Bait and switch.

I just signed the lease on my storage unit. So far, the units are impeccably clean and fairly priced. I also had the pleasure of meeting Don. He helped me get all the paperwork filled out and showed me to my new storage unit in a very kind and professional manor. Great first impression, will update when I move out of the unit.

Don assisted me with storage location and size and made a stressful time of moving much easier to deal with. The facility is clean and modern and very good prices. Very safe area as well. I had a young, skinny gentlemen (I believe his name was Dom) assist me with a storage unit. He was very polite and made everything very easy for me. Ive had fantastic customer service from both the manager and staff. I live in DC and had a very last minute request to store some important belongings from my parents home in Grand Island. Compass went above and beyond and worked seamlessly with the company I hired to deliver the items. They saved me a very expensive last minute flight down to FL and saved me worry and headaches. I cant thank the staff enough for working with me. I highly recommend.

90$ to store an 18’ boat. I started out at 60$ 14 months ago. They raise the price every 6-8 months according to the area manager Bil. (Yes one L) Shop around I found a place that charges 50$ per month.

When I moved to Lake County I needed a place that had air conditioning because I was storing business supplies. RJ, the Property Manager was so pleasant and easy to deal with. Every time I needed assistance he was knowledgeable about the area and even went the extra mile of trying to assist me with getting a location to set up for my business in the area. This storage has given me the sense of being family, and I will be renting from this location again in the very near future.

This manager is stealing money from his company. If you pay with cash, watch out. The receipts get lost, so you had better hand on to your copy and make sure its filled out correctly and signed.
