Had a horrible tattoo experience.. wont go back to get it finished up unless someone else does it.. tattooer was heavy handed and Im scared up now because of his heavy handedness.. my girl got a deal piercing done it already fell out and now its closing up, it was done with a punch out so now theres a hole on her face where piercing was suppose to be

The shop itself was nice enough. It was clean as far as I could see. However the tattoo that I received was all messed up. They went too deep and when it healed you could barely see the writing. The shop was kind enough and my tattoo artist Jay tried to fix it for me and now it looks worse than before. Sorry I wont be coming back guys

Came in and saw Sylvia to get a few piercings. Conch, tongue and nose ring hoop put in! She was quick, friendly and professional. The shop was clean and welcoming! I will definitely be going back to her for all my piercing needs!!

My husband and I had our tattoos done here and Randy has done the BEST job. Christian however did not do what my husband wanted and within 3 months my husbands tattoo needs touched up. Christian was more worried about getting a picture for his portfolio rather than doing what my husband wanted. I also had my belly button pierced here and it turned out great! Recommend Forever Stained above all. My tattoo is small and in a tough spot but with a good amount of detail and Randy put it all together so very well!!!

Christian is one of the best tattoo artists I’ve seen. I didn’t get a chance to see the other artists work but it must be legit if it can stand up next this guys

I have 4 tattoos. Three have been done by Randy. All the artists here are nice and speak to you if you are walking by if they are waiting on their next client. There are only two tattoo artists to do my work and Randy is one of them and the other is in Pa. Keep up the work fuys

Went in for a septum and labret piercing, my lip had to be pierced twice that day and is completely off center and crooked but couldnt tell until after the swelling went down from being pierced twice. She also pierced my septum through the cartilage and I had to get it redone at another shop. Was not happy and will not be coming back. You get what you pay for and cheap isnt best when it comes to body mods and piercings.

My daughter and i went in, at the time of visit she could not make up her mind if she wanted a tat of a quote from the movie Alice and wonderland movie or a tat of her daughters birth flowers, we spoke with Josh about them both, he said he would do the drawing of both, later that night, Josh sent her a text of both of the drawings, both were amazing pics, very nice work. Well she went with the birth flowers, and she Loves it, Joshs work is very detailed. Josh rocks! Thanks man for putting up with my brat. Lol....jk shes not a brat! Very clean.

I went to forever stained tattoo last night, and had Nicohlas do my work. absolutely amazing!! i have to go back in 2 weeks for some shadding cause we worked on it for 4 and half hours! and the price was totally resonable. i will definately be going back soon!!! Best shop in Lake County!!
