I took my daughter to get her hair cut or better yet touched up when I left looking at it from afar it looks really great when we got home I noticed how patchy it was on top of the fact that she also cut some of her extremely long hair off as well so her line is messed up really bad... She got it cut by a woman named Leticia I would have loved to have a refund back but unfortunately they didnt want to give it to me... If you have long hair and you value it do not go here.

My first haircut love it...just forgot her name the second time I came I asked for her but she was off..so I tried someone else she is nice but I didnt like what she did to my hair.. I was better off not getting a haircut...I wish I remember the name who cut my hair the first time got lots of compliments at work...

Worst haircut Ive ever had and that includes ones I have given myself!!!

I went in for a balayage and was beingtaken care of by Leslie. She insisted I don’t do a balayage because they only lasted twoWeeks. She insisted on highlights.. She did aHorrible job.. highlighted half of my head with small highlights and then the other half was just one huge blonde streak.. While she was washing my hair she muttered “I should of payed more attention.. oh no.”She then charged me $150.I complained and went back the next day to get the balayage I wanted after finding out they last fourMonths!The owner fought with me saying it looked “beautiful” and I should leave it like it is.. Then Marlene only did half of what I wanted and complained about how longIt would take due to my hair being long. They fought with me about doing the job that day even though they booked the appointment. Marlene doing myHair said “I would like to go home at a decent time”And guilt tripped me the whole time!The owner took me to the back of the shop behind closed doors and told me that the only reason they are doing anything is because they wanted me to be a repeat customer.Very rude, and unprofessional.Also there was so much dust on the chairs. AllThey do is sweep. They don’t wipe anything down.Don’t go here if you don’t want your hair messed up.I wish I could give zero stars.

I went to get my hair cut and highlights a Hispanic woman whose name starts with a m greeting me and told me to wait, she is almost done with her costumer. I waited for an hour while people that came in after me got their hair done and left. An older woman walked in for a perm and the lady who was supposed to do my hair all of a sudden decided she was not going to do my hair anymore and pushed me off to another stylist. The other stylist Jill did a good however I did not appreciate the disrespect and complete disregard for my time from the stylist that greeted. I was very unhappy by her actions

Literally went in for 2 French braids and they had a lot of drama inside, a lot of arguing and animosity. We’re rude to me because of the employee drama. Beyond rough with my hair!!! I haven’t had that much pain from a braid in my life!

I always get my hair cut here and have never been dissatisfied until todayIt looks like it was cut with an electric axe.I will have to have it repaired at another shop.

One of the worst haircuts Ive ever had. I looked better before I had my haircut. My hair was all uneven and not faded. I stopped there to get a haircut because it was on my way to another appointment. I will never go back.

You better hope you dont have dandruff when you go to this location.These people cant tell the difference between dandruff and lice.UPDATE: I am asked to call to resolve this issue.I told the Team Leader @ 7pm on 12/13/2018 we were turned away for microscope identification of dandruff and not lice. I was told to return for the haircuts.Id rather give my money to educated hair stylists.

Went in for a medium bob cut with purple color and blonde highlights. They didnt have purple color. So, Amanda did the highlights and cut. She understood what I wanted, but it was not layered correctly. She did good styling what she did, but the next day, it looked very choppy. It wasnt texturized at all. She told me call Wednesday for the purple color... they didnt get it Wednesday or even Friday. They never even ordered it. Had to go somewhere else

Went in for a root touch up and what I ended up with was a NIGHTMARE!!! Saw a woman named Vicki. While she did match the color of my hair, she went on to tell me I had some issues with the cut I had from my regular hairstylist. I showed her pictures of the angular inverted bob that I was going for. Both front and side views. As well as how I normally styled my hair since I went in there having worn a hat all day with bad hat hair. She said that she would just even out the back and I STRESSED numerous times to leave my front long so as to REMAIN below my clavical bone. I had also told her numerous times that my sister who had just had brain surgery was waiting in the car for me. With UTTER DISREGARD for my instruction on how I wanted my hair done, UTTER DISREGARD for the photos I showed her and explaining why it was important to keep my front long and asking her to NOT take any more off in the front, she cut it the way SHE felt my hair would look best! I nearly threw up!!!!!! She gave me a VERY short pageboy cut making my face look like the Pillsbury Doughboy!!!!!!!!! My sister wound up having to have her husband take off of work to come get her because it took 2 and a half hours for her to finish the Frankenstein haircut she gave me!!! NO HAIRSTYLIST COULD FIX WHAT SHE DID BECAUSE THERE WAS NO HAIR LEFT TO FIX!!! I wound up in tears all afternoon and wound up having to go buy a wig because I was beyond devastation that I would have to live with this for the next 6 months or more for it to grow back for me to start over!!!!! I would have walked out without paying but didnt want to be arrested. She claims to have 47 years of hairstyling experience and is in her late sixties! Just as they take away drivers license s when people get too old, she needs her beauticians license pulled! YOU LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER UNLESS THEY GIVE YOU FREE REIGN AND EVEN THEN CUT THE WAY YOU TELL THEM YOU ARE GOING TO!!!! DONT TELL THEM ONE THING AND CUT ANOTHER!!!!!! They were also very unprofessionally cutting each other down behind each others back (Vicki and this blond woman with a bob who I assume was either the owner or manager).

The stylists were nice but my hair is jacked up!! I asked for the Rachel cut from friends came in with plenty of pics my hair was to my shoulders...the stylist (I wont name names) first cut my hair in the front in a diagonal line from my jaw line to the bottom of my hair so I lost all that length that was supposed to be layered and then didnt even cut any layers in my hair, just straight across the back..so I went back to try to fix it but now it just looks horrible like a bad 80s cut because the front was initially cut to short..The second lady did what she could but Im very unhappy with my cut.

Have been coming there every month for last 18 months .. My buzz cut cost $10.00 for. 15 of them months. Now its $16.00 ...60 % increase in my cut alone.. Rant over...

When I sat down, the barber did not ask what I wanted, just assumed based on my history. When I explained exactly what I wanted I was ignored.When asked for a refund, it was denied; however fixing it free of charge was offered. But after several similar situations, I will not set foot in that place again.

The owner was sooooo rude so rude. Oh and Im not talking about just to me Im talking about to the workers, and to the other customers. I had Britney and my daughter had Sonia (5 * on there part) they did good with the products that they had but this is not a place for African American Natural hair blow outs. If it was not for the owner I would of at least let them continue to do us (my 2 girl and I) a deep conditioner twice a month but she ruined that.
