Made the appointment then the tech showed up took off the old glass and I asked him if the new one has the defrost wiring in the bottom he said no it is wireless like I am an Idiot he thought (cars have wireless defrost now HUH) WOW then he pushed me trying to install it and I told him no dont put it on my car but I had to call the POLICE to stop this guy, he took my old glass and left my car with no windshield and said I will come back tomorrow to put the right one on. DONT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

I wanted to repair my windshield and the guy on the phone said they dont repair them. You should change that on the website before you get another call like that. Took two times to call this person and the guy answers with a yah no professionalism.

If I could give 0 starts I would. We have been working with them since November for a simple windshield replacement. More than 7 months and it was NEVER installed properly! My SUV was new, and it sounds like a tropical storm inside ever since they replaced it. They have been out numerous times to fix it, even replaced (or so they say) it again. Sounds even worse! And, there are visible gaps between the windshield and the truck. We have tried to communicate with the owner via phone and email and have had no response whatsoever. Totally unprofessional! The only decent thing I can say is the gatekeeper Rachel has always been professional. She has helped the owner avoid us in the nicest way possible. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

Professional / Punctual and Precise! This is by far the best and most professional windshield repair and replacement company I have dealt with! Punctual with excellent communication. Work was started immediately and my BMW X5 is like new. The only company I will call when I need repair on my other vehicles!!!

They offer a gift certificate never give it . After few years I been contacted by my insurance policy because it looks they are doing fraudulent transactions to people and insurance ja aware

If I could give zero stars I would. A woman identified herself from Express Auto Glass. When I told her that I was all set, she called me an EXPLETIVE as she walked away. Completely unprofessional. I dont require windshield services, but if I did, Im definitely not calling this company.

Installer Mike did a horrible job. Left a ton of glass inside my door and claims that it will fall out over time. That will not happen! Installer also lost or broke the clip for my door lock. Now, My three children are now stuck using one door to exit out of the vehicle because the lock no longer opens or unlocks. Waited four different days for installer to show up and got a different excuse every day. Obviously by the recent reviews this company is going to the toilet. Buyers beware!

Horrible experience, tech couldnt reinstall my 3rd rear seal belt. I had to goggle the information and educate him on how to reinstall that which he removed. This is a serious safety issue... Not only this but the wind shield was installed off center and protrudes on the passenger side. Seal isnt even touching on the drivers side. Unfortunately management was absolutely no help and actually called me a liar. I contacted my insurance company and it turns out, he is not an approved vendor. They tried to contact him and was hung up on. I could list out several more details on why NOT to do business with these people. FYI all other reviews preformed seem to be completed by an employee.

I called them on Monday the 15th 2017 and the next day my windshield was replaced. The tech Tony was very polite and fast and very friendley They are very professional I would recommend them to anyone. If I could I would give them ten stars.

They came out and replaced windshield. All good till I drove and heard wind noise. Called back. Guy kept putting me off for one week. When he did show he was rude and unapologetic. Steer clear of these clowns! I found out later that they billed my insurance $1300 for the job! That seems extreme 😮

Came to my house. Touched my car and harassed me about my windshield. Not the kind of people I’d wanna work with. If I could give zero stars I would.
