Was looking for used hiking apparel, I said I know just the place. Walked in find what we needed had a great price, talk to the owner for a few minutes, and were out of there and about 15 minutes flat!

I really like this place and rarely leave empty handed. Why? Because I generally can find a fun vintage item here that I love. It is sometimes a little hit or miss, but it is definitely worth stopping in this shop on a regular basis. I think their prices are exceptionally fair for the goods they offer. Many, many cute things under $10. They also sell a lot of outer wear and ski goods for the skiers in town. I also like the bamboo toothbrushes they sell by the register and the really neat “survival” gift sets of bamboo utensils which I’ve both purchased for myself and given as gifts. A great shop in Taos.

I like that you can take nice cloths and trade for credit

Visiting from out of town, and the woman working was very pleasant in every aspect except when my mask slipped down. When talking with my partner, natural facial movements caused my mask to slip down, and the SECOND it fell off my nose, we were chastised, “keep your mask up at all times while inside.” I explained I was sorry, and didn’t realize it had just slipped and I promptly re-adjusted my mask. We then received a sarcastic “uh-huh” as a response. My partner returned the $120 worth of items in his arms back to the racks, and we left.We were with my sister and her partner; all 4 of us are health care workers, and are ADAMANT about wearing PPE at all times. We did not appreciate the harsh interaction; there’s a more appropriate way to get redirection across to individuals needing to pay attention to their masks slipping, and this was not it.The selection was quite expansive, and varied very well in brands, sizes, and activities.

Great finds, great customer service. I felt super safe here. Masks used appropriately and hand sanitizer at the door. The woman working was so friendly and the whole place was so clean I forgot I was at a second hand store. I will totally be back.

Bought 3 great shirts

Sold me a ripped silk skirt and a cardigan with the hem falling apart and a missing button. For the prices there, I should have been able to pick pieces without having to worry about rips the size of my hand and buttons missing. I am disappointed that the person working there did not let me know about the damaged items. The skirt also wasn’t on the sale rack. I paid a total of 17 dollars for two totally unwearable items. Do not recommend if you want honesty.

Looking at the ski boots and there was rat poop everywhere. No exaggeration is looked like a small family of rats lives in that back area with all the ski boots. It was just gross and lazy housekeeping.
