Fast...reliable service...I got the part for my washer machine the next day..washer machine works great..

We were very happy with the service we received from the moment we stepped into the store through to the delivery of our three new appliances. Delivery was amazing, very professionally done. They are family owned and we will use them in the future for our appliance needs.

So helpful and personable from the time we called, on a Monday, to doing the repair the next day. Family owned, local business doing great work and trying to keep up with the flood of calls during this coronavirus time. Saved us having to buy a new washer, and gave us a tip on how to maintain our dishwasher. Thank you!

Definitely one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Had them come out for a repair in April 27, 2020. Tech said he could fix it and haven’t heard back since. Here we are the 11th of May and they don’t even have the courtesy to call me back or return my messages. I’ve called several times and no one ever answers. I know it’s slim pickings in Taos but I recommend you go someplace else.

Given the size of the store, selections were a bit limited and the feel was claustrophobic. That said, I found pretty much what I wanted, Anna was super helpful and Steve & crew did a beautiful installation job. They were eager to please; Ill go back!!!! Sorry the other guy had such a bad experience because it sure wasnt that way for me.

Would not recommend! I called, i left massage, detailing what i needed..there to important..never called me back!

I bought all of my appliances from Appliance Plus and the service has been great. Their prices were comparable with Santa Fe.

Horrible store, Keep far away. They do not honor their warranties, they will not come to repair the washer and dryer they sold me and now I have to take them to court.
