I went in the other day and was just looking around. The ladies were so friendly! I ended trying on and buying some items with the assistance of the employees! They were welcoming, kind, and i will Be coming back.

I came in over the weekend and the staff was so helpful. I needed navy scrubs and I haven’t had to wear them in a while and boy have things changed. They girls working helped me every step pointing our their favorites and even explaining why. I definitely will be shopping here going forward.

This store is so well organized. The staff is so quick and ready to help. I will definitely be telling my friends and I will be back for sure!!!

Miss Whitney and Miss Sabrina were spectacular, what an awesome experience Both times that I visited the store. My first time was amazing and my second time was ever better. Great customer service skills and I felt like I didnt want to leave.I recommend Uniform City to anyone that wants to be treated with dignity and pride. Excellent customer service skills. Came into the store looking for figs yesterday and the ladies that were helping me, suggested med couture and they were soooo comfy. I will definitely be coming back to get more scrubs and the workers made it a enjoyable visit.

The ladies there are great! They were available when I needed the help and they werent pushy. They had a great selection of navy scrubs. The store was organized nicely and I will be coming back to get more.

I will be a customer forever! I was desperately looking for scrubs after finding out that the ones I ordered online through another company would be delivered too late (even after having paid for 2-day shipping, delivery time was estimated to be 5 days after ordering). I went EVERYWHERE I had heard scrubs were sold but no one had the color I needed for a new job Ill start in 2 days. Finally, a sales associate from another store told me about Uniform City and I drove all the way there (not close to my area but I didnt care!). The store is so big, I didnt know where to start looking! But I could see they had my required color all over. Im petite AND curvy, not an easy combo clothes-wise. The woman working there, Harriet, immediately came to my rescue and found exactly what I needed. I cannot tell you how relieved I was to know I would be ready for my new job AND to now know of this wonderful store where Ill buy all my scrubs moving forward. Thank you!

I ordered three lab coats embroidered with my name (after years of procrastinating because I work part-time and try to keep costs down). The first time I washed them, the embroidery dye ran and left an ugly halo around my name - completely unusable. Ive washed embroidered lab coats for nearly 20 years and never had a problem with hot water and oxygen bleach; they told me it was because I used bleach. It took me MANY phone calls to get someone with authority to tell me that since they couldnt guarantee a different dye would not run, they would refund my money. Only one person ever followed up with me despite leaving many messages. So, they finally refunded me... minus the embroidery fee. I was swindled out of over $30, when it was the embroidery that was the problem in the first place! I also spent hours driving to the store multiple times, calling, and waiting on hold. I will never shop here again, and I will tell everyone in my field about the awful customer service I experienced at Uniform City.Update: After I posted this, I finally got a response from the manager, who explained that due to managing two stores temporarily, this didnt get followed up on as she would have liked. Uniform City refunded my money and replaced the lab coats, with embroidery, at no cost; even mailing them so I didnt have to make another trip. Apparently the replacement lab coats were already at the embroiderers, but no one told me that when I called to say I just wanted a refund because the whole process was taking so long. I have washed the lab coats in warm water with oxygen-free bleach, and they still look fine. I didnt quite dare hot water yet, but I will have to since I want to kill germs. So, I updated my review to 3 stars; the new coats seem fine, but the process to get them was frustrating and time consuming.

Not a huge selection for the tall and curvy, but I did manage to find nice scrubs.Staff were sweet. My company has a discount, and the shopping experience was pleasant.Definitely pleased!

The ladies working there are very helpful. One of them helped me find the right size scrubs I needed. They have a large selection of scrubs in so many different colors and brands.

Thanks to the fact that the AC in their store being out and the store only worrying about their bottom line, my daughter ended up with covid 19 and so did my wife and I, really appreciate how you dont care about employee safety nor the safety of others during these times of uncertainty.

The girls at Uniform City are very helpful, Im not sure as to why they have low reviews. They both greeted me as I walked into the store, assisted me with finding the correct size/color of scrubs.

If I could give this place no stars I would, the woman who claimed to be the manager was one of the rudest people that I’ve ever met. I picked up multiple items off the clearence rack with green stickers which are supposed to be 75%off I go to check out and she tells the girl checking me out that they are yellow stickers and are not marked down. and to not mark them down. I then grabbed an item with an actual yellow sticker and show her that the ones I have are green and she continues to tell me I’m wrong. So I take only two of my items and ask to apply my military discount and then she tells me because they have yellow stickers that I can’t use the military discount either. I’ve never been so upset with the way I was treated.

This store is alive and open. The Fair Oaks location shut down but not Potomac Mills. The customer service reps here are kind, so helpful, and professional. Go and get ya scrub on. I cant wait to go back for more. Scrubs are taking over my closet but not the TLC kind lol. Thanks Potomac Mills and Uniform City !

Decent prices for scrubs and shoes but unfortunately I can never seem to find the right sizes. The staff is pretty nice and they have the store well organized.

Went to this store in April 2017 and bought a brand new pair of Dansko shoes. Wore them a few times from April to June when I went into a boot for my foot for three months. Started to ware the shoes again twice a week starting in October 2017. By November 2017 the shoes are falling apart. Take them back to the store and the manager would not exchange for a different pair. Won’t shop at this store or buy these shoes every again. The manager was not at the store and when the clerk called her she told her to tell me to contact Dansko. What terrible customer service.

Expensive!!! And very little to choose from (galaxy blue scrubs). So flippin expensive!!! I guess they figure they’re the only place around so they can charge whatever...

It was the worst experience ever. There were only two employees. Employee # 1 kept me waiting for almost an hour because she was trying to exchange online order items for a lady . Employee #2 pretends there is no line or even people waiting and she continue looking at us and trying to LOOK busy arranging clothes and putting clothes on the rack!!!She finally DECIDED to help after 45 freaking minutes !!!
