Great service and professional. They had a shipping issue with a tire I ordered. 5 stars on the recovery of the situation. Travis went out of his way to get me a temporary fix. Service guy (sorry, didn’t get his name), saved the day! He was able to repair tire, save me money and had me out in about half hour. Thank you.

I was always happy with the service at this place, however last time I was there with an appointment I was received at the front desk by a getto middle age woman wearing flipflops with a very rude attitude stating that she would not do my alightment bcause my control arms brackets where welded, lol there are suppous to be welded. She would not even take the time to listen to me and walked when I was trying to explain that to do an alightment you dont even have to touch the control arms and besides they where removable. At the end another gentelman atthe desk agreed to do the job. I hoped everything stoped there but Then the technician said there was a play on my steering (about a 5 degree I know this) and that because of that the steering would no be on the center I agreed cause it was already enough crying so he left a 45 degree steering wheel tilt. That I later corrected in 5 minunes. It was the most painful 150 dollar alightment I have donne. I love the owners clearly they where not there at the time.

Guy with the glasses behind the corner was just rude right off the bat, proceed to ask for tires and just says NO! We dont have nothing like that without even looking lol . I get it it if you dont have them but why act like that to a potential customer. Just save your self some time and go to the clearwater location.

Yooo! This place is amazing. Went to get my truck lifted and some issues with the parts that I bought from somewhere else’s and long story short they helped and assisted with ordering a completely new lift kit and worked all day night to finish my truck in order for me to go back to work. (After missing 3 days already, not of their fault though.) thank you Chris, Paul, Travis, and every mechanic and specialist involved. Truly thankful. Definitely recommend!!!

Our tire happened to pop across the street from them. We drove up to them and right away was greeted in a friendly manner. John stopped what he was doing to let us know but it would take a few moments but that he would take care of it before we knew it the job was complete and we were already making a payment we are more than satisfied this is the best place for all your tire and wheel needs hands down they won’t rip you off and they perform service as quickly as possible while treating each customer with respect as if we were family thank you John and your entire staff at super tires and wheels !

One off the best shops in Tampa. Blew out a tire on the high way. Called over 20 shops for my low profile tire and none had them. This place didn’t have any in stock but they express ship it and got there within the hour. Once I got there found out I needed a new rotor also. They also got the ship over ASAP to their shop and it really saved me a lot of time. Elaine really was nice and explained everything to me. The other guys who worked on my car was very generous and helpful. They took they’re time and made sure everything was done right and I was good to go. I appreciate this shop. 10/10 must try out yourself

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR TIRES!!! If I could give this place Negative 5 stars I would. They sold me 4 tires and within less then 12 hours my tire was flat. I took it to an actual tire location and was told the tire was bad!! These people have no idea what they are doing and are out to just Scam people and take your money!! Horrible experience and service. Purchased a new 22 tire from this place, got home and had tire put on my car and the tire went completely flat. Took the tire back and come to find out I had not received a New tire but instead a used tire with a bad steam. They replaced tire, I leave tire shop, next Im stranded on side of the road with same flat tire!!! Go back to the shop and the employees are inconsiderate and lack empathy of my inconveniences and have the nerve to give me attitude.If you are looking to purchase an actual NEW TIRE this would not be the place to go

The pricing were ok for new tires. The customer service was HORRIBLE. We left our vehicle there for over 6 hours and no one touched it. We were informed 2 hours and the tires would be done. That didnt happen. Needless to say, once I went inside to see what was going on, it them about 30 minutes to install all the tires.

The first time I shopped there for my acura rsx type s I replaced all 4 tires they have excellent service the price was right and I got run flat tires. The last time it was great service i purchased 2 front tires fof my Cobra SVT Mustang.

Arived at location at 9AM....no one at front desk.....no one responding for request for help.....had to physically call the location to get someone to come to counter.......been here for 2 hours...tires still not on car byt what amazing is other bmws and vehicles drive up with flat tires and they are immediately worked on........ Bought tires here and had them installed this morning, I was hesitant in doing so after having a bad experience with them 3 years ago. They got me in and out rather quickly, staff was friendly. Im thinking they may have over inflated my tires a bit, normally I run them at 32 pds as GM calls for, they put 42 pds. Other than that Im happy with the service. Will update once my guy inspects the work that was done

These guys are AMAZING! John, specifically, is very attentive and also so down to earth. I enjoyed just chatting with him and the new gentleman in the front office while waiting for my tire to be fixed. I went in for a leak in my tire, ended up having to get a new tire put on. Long story short, even though it was my first time there, they treated me like I’d been a long time customer. You simply don’t find that type of hospitality anymore.. Extremely dishonest. I was quoted $35 per tire to mount and balance my 24 tires on my wheels. I show up to get it done and they say they cant do it for $35. Thats absolutely bait and switch. I got my wheels back and one was bent on the inside and it wasnt before. Fortunately, the wheel company took care of me. I took it to another place to get it replaced once I got the new wheel and everything was up front and my wheel was not bent afterward. I guess since I didnt buy the wheels from them they didnt feel the need to take care in mounting them or maybe they didnt like the fact I called them on their lack of integrity. Either way, stay away.

I had a flat tire on a Tuesday afternoon driving on the highway at 5 pm in rush hour traffic on 275 in Tampa. I had to change my tire and get to a tire place before the night ended because I drive far to work Wednesday’s - Fridays and didn’t want to risk it driving on my spare tire a far distance. By the time I was done getting the tire on my car it was closer to 6 and most tire places close at 6 so no one was able to get me in until the following morning. I saw Super Tires was open until 7 but they were also on the north side of Tampa and traffic was still crazy. I didn’t get there until 6:50 with traffic and the guys still changed my tire and had me out by 7:05pm. I wanted to thank everyone for helping me during my time of need! They had a 20” brand new tire for me in stock which is usually not the case with 20” tires. I’ve had to order larger tires from tire places usually so I was very grateful they had one and took the time to fit me in. Great customer service and very friendly crew! Thanks for everything!

I have been going to this location for years. They were always about the same price as everybody else but I always got great service so I kept going back.I recently went back to get two tires put on my truck something happened with the tire sensor and they knocked the rim cover off of my truck.When I called they said it was no problem come in they would take care of it.I went back three different times in three different times they were too busy to take care of their mistake that they had made on my vehicle.I have always bought my tires here and never went anywhere else because of the service I was getting I feel that is gone now so I will no longer be coming back to this location I suggest you do the same the service is not the same anymore.I don’t mind paying the same price or even a little bit more when I get good service and that is why I always came back but I will not be coming back any longer.I MEAN IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE TWICE!You have lost a loyal customer

Bought four new Falken WildPeaks and rims on my 4runner last weekend and Super Tires was fantastic! I worked with Travis and a few others in the front office. Very nice, knowledgeable, fast and the best price. I would recommend them over any tire chain around Tampa.

The Front office staff and mechanics at this shop are extremely helpful and very nice I was out of town and my rim cracked they not only were helpful in calling around for a vendor who could fix it on a holiday weekend they found me a rim and tire to get home! Took an hour to change one tire. Guys in the back look like they didn’t k is what they were doing. Two Spanish guys were good helpful and quick but the guys changing my tire were in the back joking around, acting like my time isn’t respected. Payed 120 for one tire and waited over an hour smh. Gotta do better .

I haven’t had the greatest experience with Super Tires with the Clearwater locations don’t was directed by an employee to go to the Tampa store. There, John used his knowledge expertise and perseverance to help me get my wheel issue taken care of. Because of John, Super Tires saved a customer. Where Clearwater store lacked patience, intelligence, and knowledge, John at Tampa superseded his job title and went above and beyond for this customer!

Most unprofessional people Ive ever met, theyll treat you great to sell you their tires, but the minute that you have an issue with the tires they act like they dont want to be bothered. They have no clue on how to balance the tires. I had to take my car there three times after I got them and every single time their attitudes got worst, just to find out after I took my car to another shop, that they where defective. They lie to the finance company, they told them that i never took my truck back to have it look at. Dont waste your time and money, go to a reputable tire shop, I learn my lesson the hard way. I will see them in court

Stopped in to get a plug taken care of. Was immediately helped upon pulling up and a technician was jacking my truck up within seconds of identifying the penetration. The guy behind the counter was articulate and incredibly nice. Was in and out and back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Was a great overall experience and will definitely be back again.

I want to thank Josh & Jon for the excellent service. I brought a tire into the shop and explained that I only had a hour before my buddy had to leave for work. They said no problem and jumped right on it . I was out of there in 15 minutes. Had they not been able to help me I would have been out of luck and had to wait till the next day to pick it up. The really saved me a lot of hassle.

Went to get my tires fixed due to having nails in both, they changed both my tires and everyone was really nice. Plus the service was quick also, around like 20 mins. Definitely recommend and the pricing was great as well.

Been buying tires here and Clearwater for probably 10 years atleast, websites outdated...most of whats shown on there they dont have, Clearwater says theyll call back but never do....thats the bad, still a 5 star review thanks to Josh in tampa! They approve you super quick but steer you towards what they want you to buy not what you ask for. The tires we got were expensive and they had NO warranty! Then the tires were defective.

Poor customer service and felt ignored. I waited around for hours for someone to fix something they had done wrong, after 2 hours of waiting and watching the staff smoke cigarettes and not help me i had enough. will not be coming back and do not recommend for ANY audio service.

Patrons beware! I purchased a new set of tires and rims from the Tampa location. The manager, Adam, convinced into leaving my old set ofrims (with new tires) at the shop on consignment for 60 days. He assured me that he would be able to sell them within that time frame. The following week I had tostop by the shop as they never installed the tire pressure sensors (which Adam insisted the battery died and he requested that I purchase new 2 new tire sensors). I had to visit the shop to have them fix this error, which this issues was never resolved. At that time I noticed that my old rims and tires were not anywhere to be seen and they were not on display.I expressed my concern as it was odd to me that they are supposed to be selling my tires, but no one could see them in the back. The 60days came and of course my rims and tires never sold. Therefore, Ireturned to pick up my tires. Two of my tires were off the rim and the rims were significantly scratched. Adam insisted that I take my rims as is without any tires. I refused. He proceeded to say that they removed the tires and threw them away because they were old and shredded. This was impossible as two of those tires were new and I had purchased them from that shop less than a week before I put them on consignment. Needless to say he advised that the contract we both signed was bogus as we did not have it notarized and that I was lucky to get the rims back as he typically keeps any rims after 30days regardless if it was a 60day contract. Be careful of signing any phony contracts with this company. I will definitely be reaching out to their corporate office to and provide more details of this fraudulent transaction.

This tire place is truly amazing. The guy Adam is the nicest gentleman, its like that job was made for him. Hes very pleasant and knowledgeable, most of all hes very honest as well. He has helped me twice on saving a lot of money on things I thought I needed but didnt. I cant express enough how thankful I am that he was very friendly and honest, thats extremely hard to find these days. The other workers there are also very friendly. My overall experience has been great here, I highly recommend and I will not go anywhere else for my tire needs.

I got 4 brand new tires and an alignment from this place a few months ago, and was told I had a warranty. When I got two holes in my tires over the course of the next couple months after purchasing BRAND NEW tires I became concerned & did not know any better but to go back there and try to get them repaired. The first tire they patched up & charged me a high fee of $50! He told me it was due to the kind of patch I needed. Okay, so then the next time this happens I called first & remembered to ask about my WARRANTY. The owner says to me that the warranty only covers defective tires, not road hazard related causes. How in the world does that make sense? It sounds to me that this owner is in the business of selling defective tires & then constantly replacing & repairing them for HIGH fees. He’s a scam artist I’m telling you. DO NOT GO HERE!

I would be leery of this place i had custom lowering work done. I was told they could do the work. I trusted them to do the work only to find out nothing was really done and their expert that installed everything disappeared. I paid 600 for nuts and bolts to be tighten and given false advice, which caused me to purchase parts that werent necessary. I wouldnt trust them to do any work on my car.

Ive always gotten high quality tires at a great price here. My first set of used tires wed like brand new and I still have them. The second vehicle needed a pair of new tires and they were only $175 for the pair. Really good quality tires for such a low price. Customer service is spot-on. And they are dog friendly.

Been using them for a while, but the manager there always seems to have an attitude, today the mechanic said he could replace a bearing on my truck then the manager said we have tons of work to do rudely and good luck as I left not professional. There was only one other person in there. I would only recommend using them if a better option is booked up.

I had a great experience at this location today. Friendly and professional guy at the counter helped me out finding 2 used tires. They carried the brand and size I currently had on my suv. I even asked if I could see the tires before purchasing them and he gladly showed me into the warehouse where they were located. The wait time was faster than average even though they were busy, I was expecting to spend a few hours there like other car service places. The inside could be a little cleaner but it is a tire place I guess. All in all, the staff, service and product were great. I will be back in the future.
