I purchased 4 pallets of pavers from Pavers Depot last week and they were delivered today. While I was there last week Luis gave me a tour explaining the different types of pavers, options pricing etc. He was super knowledgeable and helpful offering some great options. Their pricing was excellent and Luis provided great customer service, start to finish.This morning they delivered the pavers and their driver called in advance, confirmed the drop off location in the yard and confirmed his ETA. He arrived on time and off loaded the pallets in the backyard in less than 15 minutes. Again, great customer service from him right down to making sure he placed the pallets in the best spot for the guys who will be putting them down.All in all it has been a great experience with Paver Depot- this is phase 1 of my paver patio in the back yard- Ill definitely be using them in September for Phase II.

Well, I met a young man, his name is Doreeyal, sorry if I didnt spelt his name wrong, but he is miss Carmen son, he was very helpful good at translating for me, he had Patience to help in every way possible, this young man is an asset to anyone, and miss Carmen was very helpful, kind, also very patience with customers, I had a very good experience, I definitely would come to patronize this establishment, I also want to commend William the truck driver that did my delivery, the best I have ever had, very professional driving the truck and the forklift, he took time to make sure nothing was damage or destroyed when dropping of my pavers, I recommend him to the highest, he is an asset to your company, as well as Miss Carmen and Doreeyal, thanks for a great experience.

I needed just 40 pavers to fill in a hole from removing a palm tree. Ms. Carmen and Louis were very patient in allowing me to sort through a partial pallet to find the best matching pieces and gave me a great deal. Very friendly too!

The installers broke the water lines to the entire sprinkler system under the driveway. When we inquire about the issue to Luis and Mr. Hernandez the owner, they blame my mother and allude to my mother misremembering and making up stories. Have not heard from in over a month after I went to their location. I have itemized bill from sprinkler system company advising of all the damage that has been caused. All we want is for them to come back to the home and reimburse for the fixing of system. He does not answer my phone number now... don’t depend on Paver’s Depot.
