Great staff and very helpful. If you’re picking up a large delivery make sure to call ahead. It’s much easier for them to help you before you get there.

Their concern with getting freight to the customer on time, is an absolute joke. Their management team too could care less about that (on time delivery) or customer satisfaction. Shawn Gulzar is their OPS Manager, but has no apparent control over his terminal. The fact that upper management there, still have jobs, is astonishing. Save your time, headache, and money and ship with any other carrier.... Literally ANY OTHER CARRIER. Note, when you ask to speak with Heidi, the terminal manager, youll just be told that shes not there.

TForce this company is horrible I don’t know how they’re still in business. I ordered grease trap for my restaurant some time 8/5/2021. TForce on their track tells me it should arrive on 8/10/21 alright cool. 8/10/21 comes by nothing Friday the 13 I call back. The manager of the company calls me his name is Shawn Gulzar tells me do you have a forklift by any chance? Yeah Shawn, the restaurant company we just have a few forklift just laying around in storage just laying around for you to use. So they promised a delivery on Saturday 8/14/21. They had me waiting all day nothing. Monday comes around they tell me we short staffed we can’t have delivery your stuff till tomorrow. I had plumbers everyone set to install the grease trap.Shawn Gulzar Say sorry this covid we have no people you had 6 days to unload it. Why accept a load you know you can’t complete? So I had to rent a truck from Home Depot and pick it up myself because Shawn Gulzar seems like he doesn’t have common sense to deliver a grease trap. I guess this company will make anyone a manager no need to have common sense. Just be 18 years or older and learn how to speak English nothing else.

Terrible service, we called the day before to ensure that they knew that we were coming to pick it up, and then again the same morning that we scheduled the pick up, they confirmed that it was scheduledfor pick up at their facility. On arrival they knew nothing about it and said that they would make us wait for 1:30hrs to unload the truck, after 30 more minutes (for a total of 2 hrs) they starting taking the steps to unload their truck. I know that they are busy, but we also run a business and theres a reason why we scheduled a pick up for a time sensitive cargo.

UPS sent my package to Odessa FL. When it got there they sent it back to Orlando FL. I wish they could read and do their jobs correctly.

Missed a scheduled delivery appt. No call to tell me. Had to follow-up myself for a new delivery date and app that they couldnt guarantee that would happen. Ended up picking up at their yard. Dispatcher is a real piece of work, calls came in for him and he told his staff he was going on break and walked away.... Outside the entire 30 minutes i was there loading up.

Motor was scheduled to be here Tuesday by 5. Had to call them to be told it wasnt going to be here and someone would call me on Wednesday to schedule the drop off again. Wednesday came and went and no one called so I called them Thursday morning and was told that they called me and made an appointment for Monday the 15.... Which they lie and made up a fake appointment. So the lady said it would be here Friday before 6 and again it never came and no one called so I called them for a 3rd time to be told it wasnt coming.. and was told I had to wait till Monday to speak with the manager. Called the and was told the manager was busy but she would call me back in an hour or so. 3 hours later and no call so I called again... Guess what still busy. Ended up having to go all the way to tampa to pick up a 350lb motor for a car. Took forever to talk to Manager. Motor was also damaged. Horrible experience. Would avoid this location at all cost next time.

If I could leave 0 star I would and also I want to know who are these people leaving good reviews for this place???? Dealt with these people for 4 times now and I’ll tell you haven’t had a good experience yet. One time I had to go pick my 350lbs package up myself from the terminal because they just would not deliver the items and remind you that I stay 8 city blocks from this terminal. This last time was the worst they received my package on Monday and called me to setup a delivery appointment on Wednesday for Thursday between 1pm-6pm they never came and when I called them at 9pm they tried to make me meet the driver at a closed Winn-dixe parking lot at 9:30pm for a 350lbs package Excuse the driver gave on why he couldn’t bring my package to my house was that it was dangerous. If you want my advice runnnnnn DO NOT USE UPS

Never on time. Buying items online i do not have a choice how they ship but almost every time UPS screws it up. No one wants to wait around for a package all day to not have it arrive. However UPS will simply say something is out for delivery and never deliver the item.

Consistently deliver packages to wrong address in my neighborhood. Customer service is horrible. You can barely get someone on the phone and all they do is email each other instead of contacting retarded driver who obviously CANNOT utilize a modern GPS nor read primary numbers.

Terrible customer service and rude representatives. They called about delivering our large swing set and wanted my husband and a few of his friends to help the driver onload it? seriously? No. Not my husbands job. Not to mention the liability to them and the risk of injury to him. What in the world did we pay for delivery for? and the delivery description specifically says they will unload it with a skilled delivery team. not impressed.

Worst customer service.. Had a call on Monday let them know I live on a second floor and still make me waste my time and the drivers time, because then after the merchandise arrived I was advised they dont deliver it to my doorstep. After I decided that the item cant stay obviously on the first floor, driver took it back without a notice there will be a re delivery fee of $128, WHAT!. Now I talk to several people even the Manager and they couldnt help me. After finally contact the company I bought my item, I needed to wait for her call back. The person doing the scheduling had been rude to a point where I had been hanged up and not finish explaining. And prior to that I was told by the same person; do you want it or not (with attitude). She still make the scheduling when I told her to cancel. Is my time when Im trying to find a way to get this item to my home and she keep calling and keep I telling her that I need to figure this thing out to a point that I got the store manager from where the item was order working out something for me. Where ever came the mistake, Im looking for some sense of customer service. Now I got to wait to call this following Monday to see where we headed at.

I took the short trip here with my husband to deliver the trailer he was hauling. This establishment never sleeps, with shipments coming in and going out, my hat goes off to all professional drivers who work hard to make sure that commodities are delivered on time, in the best of care.

I receive shipments at an office in Lakeland for work. We did not receive a shipment from UPS freight that was suppose to deliver last Thursday. When we called, they said no one was at the office. If they did come by, they never knocked. Since it was urgent to receive this shipment, I drove to the UPS freight hub in Tampa to pick it up. I called the morning before I came and they said both pallets would be ready by 10:30am. I showed up 5:20pm and spent nearly 2 hours waiting for the second pallet to be found. Talked to 6 people asking for help during the entire wait time, and everyone disappeared and never came back with answers. I will never come back to pick up a shipment. Would rather make them take the time to deliver again.

DO NOT USE UPS LTL. They have a huge legalese contract that will screw you over as either a shipper or receiver, or even the company of origin. Their network destroyed a $8000 piece of furniture, they didnt cover any of the damages and refered me to page 27 of my contract to show they dont cover damages on oversize shipments. If that wasnt bad enough they are now SUING ME for the cost of shipping the piece of furniture they destroyed and admitted destroying on their BOL.

Quoted 219.00 for shipping got bill for over 720.00. They would only reduce bill to 435.00. No one has been helpful and I will never use them again. Website is not user friendly either and either is their customer service. Submitted a BB case against them.

Made two different appointments. Only one number was given and they never called. Showed up day of pickup and they said they needed time to pull the trailer and find package. Come back 3 HOURS later and they say they didnt know i had even stopped by earlier. These people need to get their game together.

I am very concerned because one of your drivers with license plates of the GEY-479 truck was driving at full speed in the 5 mph zone with my children and children of the neighbors playing and with the music very loud I tried to stop him but I was ignored please if they can Help me with this situation so that a misfortune does not happen I will thank you.
