Above and beyond we had multiple issues with people while getting in someone blocked a space they took care of it immediately then the u-haul battery died within 15 minutes the man ran to get it started so we didnt after weight even though it was not his job because its separate from them. I have a year old and an 8 year old and after moving for 4 days It was nice To find someone around with a lot of compassion!

I found U-Stor (formerly United Mini Storage), back in the fall of 2005, when I needed to rent seven 8 x 40 units for our catering/event production company. I eventually downsized to four and then to one several years ago when we started leasing office space that had storage.In the last space we just recently vacated, we had a mix of both business and personal belongings, mostly pictures, keepsakes, and even record albums. Despite the storage space not being air conditioned, I was amazed of the great condition all items were in. No evidence of bug or rodent damage.For the money, you cannot beat U-Stor, and for the great service and proper maintenance of the units themselves you get a bonus. I highly recommend U-Stor for short and long term storage. It is conveniently located between Dale Mabry Highway and the Veterans Expressway. You wont find a better location for your storage needs.

This storage facility is wonderful. They have a family oriented relationship with their customers. Plus they work with their customers if the rent is late. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who asks.

Ive only visited 2 uhaul locations. Both were very pleasant experiences, but the service here is outstanding.The couple I met running this location are compassionate people and provide great service. Im looking forward to my next move or other moving needs because of the service I got here.

Nice friendly folks, easy on the paperwork, easy in out 24/7 access. 5⭐️ if it had not have been for the cockroach infestation of all of our furniture, boxes, storage totes... ick... please hire an exterminator! (-2 for ick factor)

I mean, i dont really know hot to rate a place you store your stuff, but ive never had a problem here. Its a littlw bit more than what id like to pay, but its close to my house and its AC in the building for the climate control rooms. Their lift was down for a little while, so i guess the only thing that could be better is fixing things quickly versus taking a month or so. The management here is nice and the front counter women are always sweet.

This location at the time was being renovated so the office was in a warehouse. But we still managed to get a truck we needed and were good to go in less than 15 minutes!

I have been doing business for 20 years at the Linebaugh Ave. location. Many storage units & two shop units. No issues on property, clean & secure. The staff is great always willing to serve you.

All my belongings have been at UHalul Self Stirage for over 4 years. They communicate very well and my items remain very safe. Always very helpful.

Owners are super nice, never had issues with theft. Seems like a decent area.

I rented a uhaul the guy I rented it from was nice but when I brought it back 2 hours later they tried to charge a cleaning fee without me knowing so I called they fixed it and gave me the extra they took cause nothing was dirty watch them..

BEWARE!!!This will be my third month and my last!!! I asked for automated draft and did what needed to be done in person with the office manager so it would be a less thing to worry monthly about besides everything else I need to handle in my daily life as a business women I am. If I hadnt checked last month my bank account or this month I would of lost my items because not only they dont send u reminder notice but neither will they give u a courtesy call. I find this to be a static to keep whats stored and a fraud!!! DO NOT TRUST IT WILL BE DRAFTED EVERY MONTH BECAUSE IS NOT TRUE!!!
