I recently stopped in on the spur of the moment to see if I could have the lie on my putter adjusted. Unfortunately I don’t remember the fellows name that did it but he was a big guy and he did a fantastic job! I was in and out in 5 minutes! It was just an old Odyssey Dual Force putter but it is one of my favorite putters and I just needed it tweaked a little. At first he wasn’t sure if he could bend it because the neck was so short, but I assured him the old Odyssey’s bend like licorice and after adjusting it he agreed! Since this place is near my job I will be bringing many more putters and irons to him (mostly putters). It’s nice not having to wait 24-48 hours for a one minute tweak like you have to if you take it to Golf Galaxy. Thanks again!

I was recently fitted for a driver and new set of irons. The only issue I had during the process was that the incorrect grips were put on the clubs. The staff quickly corrected it,, and Im happy with my purchase.The process was smooth, and the 90 day satisfaction guarantee is a plus.

A great store for all golfers new and old. Very smart employees who have a passion for golf, but not always for customers. The hitting bays are dirty but they have a good club selection. When wanting to try the Sim 2 Max they brought me the wrong club and refused to bring the right one. A little disappointed but it may just have been a bad employee. I have been there multiple times and have not have a very bad experience.

Amazing golf store, last of a dying breed. This location offers the full array of clubs to try, and also comes equipped with fitting clubs that offer adjustable hozels, for quick changes in lie to get you really dialed in. Before heading off to a full fitting at another location, I would recommend a visit, just to try the clubs out for free. You may be surprised that some clubs review well online, but might not react the way you had hoped. The staff here was extremely courteous, and will take in old clubs as a trade-in, to discount any new clubs. They have 2 hitting bays, equipped with GC2. They didnt have the full GC Quad with clubface stickers, but if you enjoy the clubs you test, you can always opt to head over to a custom fitter for all the bells and whistles.

Store is still requiring masks. Stop shopping at these places that mandate “Safety” measures. The masks do not work and it’s all about power. Spend your money somewhere else where the store isn’t run by sheep.

Awesome and helpful staff and great selection of clubs.

My husband and I went in to get him a new set of irons. My husband had researched the clubs that he wanted and the man basically told him he didnt know what he was talking about. My husband was very motivated to buy and this guy gave him about 2 seconds of time and went on his way. My husband walked out vowing never to go there again. Went down the street to Golf Galaxy and they treated us like royalty. My husband bought just what he wanted. Hope that guy didnt get paid on commission because he just lost a very big sale. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Got fitted with Gary for a new set of Titleist clubs. He was extremely patient with me and took the time (literally weeks!) to make sure my purchase was the right for my game. Highly recommend seeing him for a fitting! Professional and overall GREAT guy. Thank you!

Stopped in the store Saturday. The employees were great. They were very knowledgeable about the equipment and game of golf. No pressure to buy . It was a 30 mile trip to the store, but well worth it. I will make the trip again.

I am pleased with the quality of service and knowledge provided by Edwin Watts Tampa. The selection is excellent and, with the 90 day policy, I dont know why anyone would buy golf clubs anywhere else. The simulators are an excellent tool for finding the clubs for you. My bag will be full of golf clubs from Edwin Watts Tampa as soon as the new M2 irons are released.. Looking forward to the Taylormade driver fitting this Thursday at Edwin Watts Tampa from noon-3pm.

Compared to other golf stores, this one was great. The ladies who work there were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. One the first golf stores where I felt welcome.

Employee was very rude. I was returning a club without a receipt and my son said it was purchased about a week ago, I corrected my son and told the employee that we purchased it about a month ago so he could look it up in the computer. He accused me of lying. He said, OK guys, lets be honest here Totally inappropriate. From now on, Im going up the street to Golfsmith where the customer service is great.

Worthless for a club fitting place. They just measured me from the wrist down and did not care about anything else other than selling me a set of expensive clubs that do not work for you. They, apparently, only care about the dollar signs that they can only see at the time, not about the customer.

I had the best experience ever at edwin watts golf, my boyfriend was trying out clubs and not only they made sure he was fitted correctly, they also made sure I was comfortable and they even gave me dr.pepper because I was parched. Nathan Krouse was very helpful, great worker.
