Awesome! Traditional style cleaning of our oriental rugs. Alex provided pick up and delivery including arranging our rugs. Alex is the true oriental rug specialist. He looked at out rugs and told us which ones needed cleaning and which ones didnt. He is the only local service who actually beats the rugs instead of just cleaning them, in the traditional fashion. He provided complete cleaning service and suggested mats to extend the life of our beautiful rugs. Great service! Excellent work! We will definitely see him in a few years to clean our rugs!

Alex is right about the discrepancy between an appraisal for insurance and what someone will actually pay for an item. Worlds apart!!No dealer will give you a retail price for your rug - why did the folks who appraised the piece not buy it??Do yourself a favor and watch the Antiques Road Show!I found Alex to be honest, courteous and reasonable - it might take a while to get your carpet back, but he will have done a good job!

He not only cleaned the rugs, but fixed the moth damage. He did additional repairs but stuck by his quoted price. You can tell, he has great knowledge of oriental rugs and a compassion for them.

Our water water drenched rug was picked up second week of December and were promised the rug would be finished the first week of January. I inquired at the end of the second week of January about our rug, I was told the rug would be delivered the following week. When our rug was delivered it was delivered damp and discolored as if it was just worked on after a month at their shop.

Holy smokes, my antique Turkish rug looks amazing. Our elderly dog urinated on the rug, sadly I didnt think it was fixable. It looks great!

I brought a rug to this shop to try and sell. The person I dealt with tried to tell me that the most they could sell the rug for was $500...then I dropped on them that I already had the rug appraised at by two separate rug dealers for $2000 and $2500. He claimed that the other shops were wrong in their appraisals or they were appraising for insurance purposes and not retail value. This shop specializes in trying to rip off uninformed buyers and sellers.Do not waste your time driving to this shop.
