Amazing service! Within minutes Tracey andswered my requests for parts that were lost due to a move. I had them within days! And no charge! How cool is that? And this was an older but very much loved office table and chairs. The service is impeccable and I highly recommend their furniture. And Tracey is a gem!

I wish I could give Tracey and Global Furniture 10 stars! I had searched for weeks for a part and by good luck I happened across the Global Showroom. I gave them a call and Tracey knew just what I needed and asked for my name and address and said they will be in the mail to you. That is what customer service is all about!
