This facility never answered the phone. As such, I was not able to ascertain whether they had one product vs another. I wont drive the hour round trip just to find out. Keep not answering your phones, people. Youre losing customers much faster than you realize. On to the next place that provides the same service but answers the phone. Easy.

Im furious. I made an appointment over a week ago for a hitch installation and drove 40 minutes to get to this location only to be told they dont have the part required to do the job. They had me pick up a part from NAPA down the street. Fine. No big deal. Except now, Im home, and the part they had me buy IS NOT EVEN ON THE VEHICLE. To add insult to injury, they dont have a direct phone number, so Im dealing with U-Hauls hold time. Im cancelling the rental I had scheduled for Friday and going elsewhere, and I recommend you do also.

Update: They comped my rental for the issues.Rented again and it seems to be a new and better staff. Much better experience!!Insane. I rarely leave bad reviews. Over 2 hours to pickup a trailer I reserved online. One guy inside working. Line out the door. After waiting in line they send you out to get the trailer hooked up then you come back in and wait again. Never seen such a bad operation.

Rented here twice. Stood in line for 1 hour each time. Employees vent about management openly and make frequent mistakes. It’s fine in the end but leave time, bring entertainment to kill the time and have patience.

If I could give them no stars I would. I have used them 3 times and every single time either their is no gas or air in the uhaul. Moving really stinks but at lease you would think their customer service would do something about it. Worst uhaul around. Use a different one. I will never come back here again.

I had a great experience at this UHaul. Tracson was great. He had exceptional customer service and took care of my UHaul needs. Somebody needs to give this guy a raise!!! He went above and beyond for all of the customers he served. I asked him how long he has been working at UHaul. He said he was working there and he said three months. I thought he was employed at UHaul minimum 10 years with all of his knowledge he had about UHaul. Thank you so much Tracson for all of your assistance and wonderful customer service!!!!! Good afternoon,I was at your store on North Florida avenue on Sunday February 21st and I’d like to make you aware of the wonderful customer service I received from Comiller( I hope I spelled her name correctly). When I arrived at noon there was about 6 people ahead of me and she was one of only 2 people at the counter to help us all. While I was waiting she was able to help 5 of those ahead of me in a timely manner considering how much information is needed for each party. When it became my turn at the counter she was so apologetic for the wait which was about 30 minutes. She was so efficient and helpful to my situation, I had made a very last minute reservation to move my daughter back home from college and she made sure I had my truck although there were others that had asked about one way availabilities. She said she had a feeling the I was there in line and made sure my reservation was able to be fulfilled. She was able to multitask as well because she keep being asked about other things but she never lost focus on getting me on my way. She was very personable and professional and a joy to deal with. She is truly an asset to you store and I hope the management realizes what a fantastic employee you have working there.I’ve worked in customer service and it’s not easy to deal with a long line of customers and Comiller did it with a smile on her face(under her mask of course) and got us all taken care of.

I want to say Thank you to Marcus he was absolutely awesome We Ran into a few bumps trying to get our rental at first but once it was said and done he was such a great help! Got us in and out in less than 5 min once we hit the front desk so kind and knows exactly what he’s doing if all the employees had the attitude he had they would’ve definitely got 5 Stars from me but he definitely does a great job at his job thanks Again!

This is the worst U-Haul service I have seen, they rented me a storage that had a huge concrete pillar inside, making my life hard to fit all my belongs. When I decided to do the check out they did not provide any paper saying that the contract was closed, they said that I was good to go and I trusted them, when I checked on line to make sure if everything was ok it was not, my contract was still active. They never answer phone calls you wait and wait Headache, headache.

Save your time and money. This uhaul store is horrible. We came last night with a reservation and they stated it would be twice as much and that decision is made on a per rental bases by the acting manager. So against better judgment we went back the next morning and yep you guessed it, the price went up yet again. From false advertising to poor customer service with the rep at the counter even rolling her eyes and saying this is a waste of my time this is a chart topper for one of the worst experiences Ive ever encountered. So again .... Run and I mean fast in the opposite direction. Save your money and sanity.

Watch these people, they are scammers! I was overcharged for mileage I never used.. also was charged for a dolly that was never in the truck. The little short guy will scam you, just do your self a favor, dont use this particular location

Anyone who gave this place a bad review for trailer hitch install must be nuts. I called and made an appointment and Kristina was very polite and helpful. When I took the vehicle in to have the hitch installed i was greeted politely and the job was done professionally and on time. Kristina was the one who did the install and I have nothing but compliments for the other staff members I encountered. I certainly never heard any rudeness described in other reviews. You might get it done elsewhere for a few bucks cheaper but I can almost guarantee it wouldn’t be as pleasant of an experience. To management: Don’t forget Kristina when bonus time rolls around. I am sure there are plenty of businesses that would love to steal her away

No one answered the phone at all

I had 2 hitches installed at this location on 2 separate autos and 2 separate dates. And that was more than 2 years ago. I happened to come across this site because I was recommending this location to a friend who needed a hitch installed for a bicycle rack. At the time when I had the hitches installed, it was busy. And I had to wait probably 30 minutes to an hour for the installation to happen but nothing out of the ordinary. The manager set appropriate time expectations. So I was very satisfied with the hitch’s I got and the cost and would do business again with them. However, I would call in to set an appointment.

While visiting this location I had the opportunity to have one of your CSRS Ms Bester assist me. She is amazing she offered quick and courteous service, I was greeted with a smile and lastly she went above and beyond to ensure I had a enjoyable experience. Ms Bester is what an ideal employee equates to. Keep up the great work.

HORRIBLE place!! Manager needs to be retrained on customer service everybody knows you never tell a customer no or blame a customer. They are also running scams there so make sure you get the insurance and coverage, I rented a truck every week for years w/ no coverage and the first time I do the night drop I get a call at 7a getting blamed for a tire that wasnt flat, just ripped but before investigating why it was ripped they fixed it and said I owe $740 dollars they were supposed to call the place I got it from to see if they were aware of damages first before fixing anything before investigation NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Took 40 minutes to receive my reserved truck, which smelled like someone had been living in the cab. Guy in front of me was returning a truck that had suffered a flat. Staff was making him call roadside assistance, rather than taking care of it themselves. Yes, he had bought the hassle free insurance.

The easiest truck rentals Ive ever made. The online reservations are a sure way to ensure they have the truck you need. Highly recommended

Saw someone living in their unit. Little sketchy.

Had my filled UBox scheduled for me to pick it up at 10am. It’s 12:30 and I’m still being told hat the manager is having g a hard time moving onto the trailer because “too heavy”. The guys who packed it in phoenix said they had no issue. Had to change the truck towing the box and got approval on the new truck with the CS rep the day before. 1:30pm and the manager tells me I was wrong and they she won’t let me tow it with the new truck. Won’t discount me a U-Haul pick-up truck for the 3.5 hour wait. I’m currently waiting for family to come. I’d rather wait longer than give them anymore of my money!

I went here for a hitch install. They installed a draw-tite hitch to my car, I paid for the extended warranty as well. The install went fine but the hitch itself wasnt compatible with my yakima rack due to its design. It boggles my mind how they can sell parts that arent compatible with the standard 1 1/4 receiver that is used by everyone. I called them several times, and was assured that the manager would return my call to see what could be done, but they never returned my calls. Once they have your money, they are done with you.

Within one minute of placing the order for an $1850 dollar U-box shipment from Tampa to Philadelphia, I received my confirmation email. Not only was my name spelling butchered, but so was the address of pick up. Leaving me feeling unsure they would even come to the right place.Then I call to try to correct the typos. The first person i spoke with told me he was just from the customer support line and accepted zero responsibility. This led to about 3 phone call transfers which took hours and ultimately was just a bunch of the same, everyone claiming they didnt know why someone else did what they did.Then the date which we agreed upon, which was prior to submitting my card information for payment, was totally different than what was on the confirmation email. When I finally got through to ask someone why, they told me those dates are not possible because we cant affect how fast a truck can get there.That makes sense, but then train your staff to not mislead customers.No accountability, slow customer service, lack of care even with a very expensive order. My TV broke in the move, although i paid for the Uhaul TV box, stored it tightly and safely, it arrived broken. Thankfully i bought the Uhaul insurance. Psyche, the insurance doesnt cover that, basically covers if the driver tips his 18 wheeler over on the highway. So that is useless.Some other great options for moving are out there.U-Haul: train your customer service personnel to be more accountable.

Disappointed. Called and asked about motorcycle trailer for one way trip to Ga. Man on phone took all my info and said they had plenty. Drove over in 10 min, lady told me they dident have one and they were for local use only. Sent me 30 across town to get excessively large trailer to haul my bike.

The Assistant Manager is rude. The Store Manager is impossible to find. Charges are added to the account and if you dont pay them your stuff gets sold while you are not there. They are not very nice.
