Did not have supplies, told they have cut back due to COVID-19, I am so sick of hearing about COVID-19.

We stored with them for the last one and a half year. The service was always amazing. Never had any issues, price was reasonable and 24 hour access was very convenient. Very secure place! Highly recommended

U-haul really came through on this move. I rented a 5x8 trailer for my move from TX to FL. When we got it they were closed, so I had to turn in the trailer the next day. They didnt charge me extra. On top of that they gave me free climate control storage for 30 days. You cant really beat that. They definitely have my business from now on!

I rented a 6x12 trailer for a one way move from Jacksonville. I was told to check the local dealer at my destination (Tampa) if they would accept my trailer. Stephanie was so helpful and accomodating by calling the Corporate office to straight en out my return. Unfortunately, corporate policy had me return to St Pete, by this office was so nice. Makes me feel good that there are still people with an excellent work ethic and genuinely nice. Thank you.

Highly recommend, I only needed short term storage but they were super helpful in finding me the appropriate sized space and even asked about my situation to help get me the best deal they could. I would use them again in the future.

True professionals @ this location! These folks were just the friendliest, most helpful folks, ever. Rented in 2017 and was really grateful for their courtesy & helpfulness. If youre looking for well maintained storage w/helpful, understanding staff in this area, this is your go-to!

ZERO STARS!!! Uhaul completely screwed me over this past weekend!! I reserved a truck about 1 and a half weeks in advance to prepare for my move from Tampa to Brandon. I was scheduled to pick up my truck on Sat June 1st at 9am. On Friday afternoon about 1:30pm, a Uhaul rep called me to tell me that they did not have ANY trucks, ANY size available for me tomorrow anywhere within 1 hour from me. I didnt understand when I reserved a truck more than a week ago. Now Im being told its based on availability when you make a reservation. How do they just allow people to reserve a bunch of trucks that they dont even have the inventory to cover?! The rep just very casually, not sincere at all, says sorry she is just doing her job and nothing they can do but let me go get a truck thats over an hour away!! Completely unacceptable for them to call not even 24 hours in advance to tell someone sorry we dont have ANY trucks for you even though you reserved one over a week ago. LUCKILY, ENTERPRISE TRUCK RENTAL saved the day and I will NEVER again use UHAUL, which is who I have always used for all of my moves. Worst Experience Ever!!!

U-Haul Storage there always be a need for U-Haul Storage so many people moving out special to college kids back and forth in the different housing developments popping up everywhere people trying to get somewhere thats comfortable and other times you dont have the means to move the stuff that U-Haul comes in real Handy this particular U-Haul here to staff is always nice or they always have a vehicle Vehicles available and I would definitely use them again

Drooped off a one way trailer rental, the lady that worked there was super nice and pleasant to deal with. The entire area was clean and neat.

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. This is the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Being in the military over 20 years I have utilized many storage facilities. This is so much worse than the next closest it belongs in a group of its own. I could go down the LOOOONG list, but you would never believe it. The ONLY advantage this has over any other is that it is right outside the main entrance to MACDILL. If I had a vehicle to move all my stuff out, I would do it in a heartbeat. The managers seem nice enough, but they just cant get it right. Being nice only goes so far.

I would love to be able to get this place a 0 i been renting a small unit since February every month i call to make my payment and it has never been an issue until today, mind work as been hectic so by the time im out is too late to call so i call this morning waited for about 10 mins until someone finally answer the phone i guess she (virginia) got upset bc i called too early. So i say hey good morning i need to pay my storage she sounded half a sleep and said last name i have a spanish name so i spelled out for her then she was rude she ask how would i like to pay for reservation so i said i dont need a reservation i need to pay for my storage i joked about her being a littler half a sleep she got upset and reply i am bright and awake idk what you are tlkn about then i tell her to please use the card on file she starts asking for the last 4 i said im driving to work but its the only one u have on file is a MasterCard got upset and asked me to call when i get the proper information i said this has never been an issue and she was like i have to make sure no one besides you make the payment so i reply so you know its me the card is under my name bc you have a copy and i am telling you is a master card to make story short you guys need to get rid of nasty rude people like her it is no ones faults but hers to dislike her job !!!!
