They really have a successful business boasting of a 70 percent increase and I can see why. Very cordial and organized. Felt welcomed as a truck driver. They even allowed us to park there and get dinner off site. Really appreciated this Uhaul and will gladly return.

Not very informative wait 20 mins on hold was suppose to get call back never did wasnt shipped to the site I asked ..never got a email stating box was moving..never got an email when it arrived I asked the person at site about lack of customer service and he blamed others. Never use them again. Empty promises and the BS you but dont follow up on what they tell you. In other words the left hand dosnt know what the other hand is doing. Customer Service is non existent.

Very helpful and friendly, they hooked hooked up my trailer and I was on my way!
