Excellent service. The facility is immaculate. Daniel and Melanie are great. Daniel took the time to walk me thru the facility. Very helpful always. The staff are very professional and customer service oriented...something you dont see too often this days.

Friendly service and setting up an account was pretty fast/easy. They let you use your own locks too, which is nice. Most storage places Ive used make you buy your own. AC inside, big elevators, carts for you to use. Was able to back up close to the door too so I didnt have to walk super far with my stuff.

I rented a 5x15 storage unit here after examining a number of other local choices. The flexibility of the location, cleanliness of the facility, ease of access, and - of course - price all factored into my decision. The local store manager could not have been easier to work with or more courteous. After starting to load the unit I realized I had purchased a bit more than I needed and asked if I could see a slightly smaller unit. No problem. Again, the manager was very accommodating and took care of everything with a smile. I have no complaints about this business, plan to continue using them as long as my storage needs continue, and plan on recommending them to friends and family.

Its rare for me to leave 5 stars, but this place deserves it. Super friendly AND helpful. Im here from Charleston and I got a hook-up discount on a very decent hotel, and a discount on a box truck rental via Storage staff and management.Very clean facility. I just cleared out a couple climate controlled units that we held untouched for the last 10 years, no bugs, minimal dust, just very clean.Everything that you could need or want from a self storage facility; only way it could be better is if it were free.

I have researched the best deal for these storage units and Extra Space is the best I found. Very straight forward no moving truck or other gimmicks just straight up storage with good service. Went in at 2:20 and Andrew showed me the unit and signed me up. It all took 20 minutes. Great service way process.

Extra Space storage is wonderful! It is so easy to get in and out of, plenty of buggies to borrow, very clean, and the employees are great. Andrew, who was in the office at the time I was there, was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this storage facility if you’re in South Tampa. Bonus- the A/C is great so you don’t get very sweaty while in your unit!

Ive had multiple units over the years and this place is great. Most recently, Andrew was very helpful. I called in to reserve a new unit next to my existing unit. When I got to the office Andrew had all the paperwork completed and ready for me to review/sign. It saved me a lot of time. As usual the unit was clean and ready. I highly recommend this location.

SOOOO happy with our new storage facility. The staff was wonderful to work with (esp Eddie P!). They made it super easy and a smooth process (esp considering any kind of moving is stressful). We can use our garage now! Its very conveniently located, but the best is that its always V-E-R-Y clean (inside and outside of the property), and AC controlled.

The biggest differences are that the staff is a lot more accommodating and friendly than other places, and the security features are much better than other facilities.
