Its nice to be able to write a 5 star review... I bought a 2005 Honda Shadow Aero from Ride Pro, and the bike was fairly priced, exactly as described, and the entire sales experience was a pleasure. Additionally, the rest of the bikes I saw there all seemed to be in decent shape, clean, and appropriately priced. The shop was clean and tidy too. If Im in the market for another used bike at some point, Ride Pros will be my first stop.UPDATE: The tires that were on the Shadow had plenty of tread on them, but were 6 years old. We made an agreement regarding replacing them if they hardened up, which, after a few months, they did. James more than held up his end of the agreement, getting me an awesome price on new rubber. Additionally, he put in new Progressive Suspension fork springs that I provided, and now the bike rides even better than new. I have nothing but positive things to say about James, Alex, and Ride Pro.

I am extremely happy with ride pro, Mike specifically. I recently purchased a Honda gold wing from them sight unseen. I asked him for extra pictures of it and they came immediately I called and had a discussion with him about the condition of the motorcycle it was exactly as explained. This was very important to me because I flew there from a 1000 miles away, did the paperwork and got on the bike and proceeded to drive it a 1000 miles home immediately. I needed to know that the bike was in good shape and safe from my long trip. It was perfect exactly as explained the price was fair, and I was pleased with the deal. I will be looking for other bikes in the future and will definitely look at ryde pro again

Emailed about a car that was posted in the by owner section of Craigslist and asked a few questions about it. Pretty typical when buying a used automobile. So I thought anyways... didn’t know it was a dealer at the time or I never would have bothered. One of the employees named Alex answered a couple of questions nicely and then I simply asked if the ad was actually real because there was no number or anything to call and there was quite a bit of time between responses. Seemed a little shady. Then the same employee sends me an email stating that he doesn’t sit by his computer all day pressing the refresh button to answer emails. Well excuse me for trying to buy something you’re selling!? Where’s the customer service?? Maybe time to hire someone to represent your business better. Just seemed very rude to me. Also noticed another reviewer stated something similar so it’s not surprising I guess. Definitely won’t have any interest buying from here in the future if they stay in business..

We found the bike on Craigslist, actually, went to the store to look at the bike, went home to sleep on it, and showed up two days later to buy. Paperwork was completed in store in minutes, license plate was issued, and the title came in the mail a week later. We were quickly on our way and my SO rode his beautiful bike home, but took a small detour just for fun, of course.These guys know motorcycles and will set you up with the bike of your dreams. My SO bought a Suzuki Intruder that they said they received on a trade-in. When we arrived to look at the bike, Alex, the owner, seeing that we were checking everything out, essentially gave us a tour of the whole shop and the bikes in it! We didnt feel pressured at all when we decided to sleep on our decision. However, these guys really know how to run a business; Alex gave us a great deal on the bike and now my SO has the motorcycle of his dreams. About a month a go I bought a 06 gsxr (yea I’m the lucky guy)from Alex at ride pros. Alex and his staff was very helpful prompt and professional he told me if I had any problems let me know don’t wait (forever and a day obviously). About a week after leaving ride pro me and my wife went out on the bike and noticed a leak on the fork obviously I’m a little wowed about it contacted Alex and we worked something out and got it squared away definitely definitely recommend this place for a purchase of a bike.

Was promised original paperwork, MSO etc from the beginning, never received it or the extra key after numerous calls and almost 6 weeks passing.
