The best mechanic in town.

Called asking for price on repair of my 150cc and was told to YouTube video for doing a repair myself. Lost out on money and a customer rude receptionist not professional at all.

These folks are super super nice people !!!I was having some issues with my bike and went by there to ask some questions. They talked with me and gave me some valuable info . also said if that didnt fix the problem come back and they would help me take of it. Long story short they took very good care of me (and then some) fixed the bike. They let me know that who ever i got it from shafted me !!!Thanks a bunch for the help !!!

Nice staff and prices

These people are great I always bring my 2014 kymco agility 50 and they tell me everything of what’s wrong and how to fix it and where to fix it. This is the best place to get things done right.

These guys are like family to me. They’ve looked out for me more than my real family since I’ve moved to Tampa. I have a ton of respect and adoration for Aaron and his wife. They are polite, professional, thrifty, and reliable. I could go on and on about how awesome they are, but to put it short, they’re the best scooter shop in Tampa. Way better than the guys on Nebraska, Florida, or the guy in Brandon. They’ve always done me right and been honest with me. If there’s someone leaving a bad review about these guys, there’s something wrong with them, not House Cycle World. If you have any questions, they’ll answer most of them over the phone and will give you expert advise if the repair is something you can do at home. Best in Tampa!!! Glad I ran into them.

The lady that was supposedly helping out told me “if your bike don’t work then its not my problem I won’t take the part back” when I asked if she can do a refund in case my carburetor don’t fit my bike, very rude, unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend it at all, supposedly they are super expensive when it comes to parts and repairs for some Chinese parts, very very unprofessional, DO NOT GO THERE.

Every once in a while you find a service shop like this one. Like that guy that lives in the middle of the woods and fixes things and is superb at it... thats this place. Family owned cycle and atv sales and service center. Its not your high end dealership but I bet you wont find anywhere else that will shoot you straight and provide excellent quality like this place. Highest marks!

If you have a scooter thats not running well this is a place great place to take it and its not that expensive is pretty reasonable

Family owned business honest and very humble. The prices we good had my rear tire replaced and an oil change. Cahills overcharged me for a front tire last year and the service was aweful. Try Cycle World you will not be disappointed.

Giving one star because 0 is not an option. DO NOT buy a used bike from these people. The shop is literally run by an ex con and his wife. I only know this because the wife of the shop told me so. Anyway they had a Vulcan listed at $2400 but I ended up paying $1700 for it. Seemed like a great deal at the time. However within a month the choke cord broke spark plug blew front fork leaking. They were more than willing to fix the problems for $70 an hour. I ran out of funds to fix the bike so I offered to sell the bike back to them for $1200 with the new power system i bought and the ex con owner refused the offer saying i dont do things like that This was the first bike that they sold as a licensed dealer and cannot imagine they would treat anyone else any differently. STAY AWAY THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Pre-buying experience was good, my daughter got the chance to sit and imagine her future Christmas gift. They also let me borrow a tape measure to measure my car to make sure its going to fit in my car.

Awesome shop he fix the flat tire that Powersports Tampa Bay Powersports and just put a tire on my motorcycle for miles before it goes flat in less than 4 miles brand new tire so I got it to his house of Cycle World he fixed it and fixed it right the first time not like not like Tampa Bay Powersports you tried to kill me you want a fair shop a good shop that does good work you go to house at Cycle World

Very helpful when it came to fixing my moped. However, they did want a large deposit just to tell me what was wrong with it.

Nice people, purchased an ATV for my son for his 16th birthday which fell on a Saturday, let him test ride it in the parking lot of our complex, it seemed to be ok -smoking a little bit, took it out for him to ride Saturday morning oil leaking everywhere 😔 I paid almost 1300 for this thing & he hasnt road it a full day!
