I did this purchase by communicating the entire time via text and on-line with the sales staff, manager, and so forth. My very first time doing a large purchase this way and it was quite nerve racking. Everyone at Ed Morse Mitsubishi made this experience top notch! I am very satisfied!
Very bad experience, sell me some useless products, and take advantage of my ignorance in car parts. They ask me to change “Front wiper blades/refills replaced” . At first I had no idea what is this, but after a search I understood. I used these 2-3 times in last last 3 years, I have no idea why they took $100 to change them? The back wiper, i never used at all. Their technique of making money from customers is very ugly. Not Recommend!

I believe Ed Morse Mitsubishi will be very successful as long as they treat Mitsubishi owners the same way they treat their Cadillac owners. Ive been serviced by both Cadillac and Mitsubishi, but the Cadillac advisors were more attentive than the Mitsubishi advisors. But overall I had a good experience with the Mitsubishi advisors as well. Ed Morse Mitsubishi is okay in my book 😉.

Bought a used 2015 F250 and the carfax said that this dealership changed the oil, oil filter and air filter. Check the Air filter and it was not changed. I sent a picture of the filter to the sales person. I also changed the oil and filter just in case it was not done. Also was told bed cover would not close because it was locked. Was not locked it was broken and had to be removed. I doubt they inspected the vehicle as they claim. Finance manager was nice.
Service tech did not detect shaking of steering wheel and car wash not operating after 2 attemps

I wasnt prepared to see a bill for 1000 on a relatively new car. But it was explained what was not covered,and also what the most important services to do first.

Service is the worst..overcharged me for repair on my 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander. PAID 500 DOLLARS and the leak that they supposedly fixed is still leaking. Service manager WAS SUPPOSE to call me back still waiting. Horrible service!
