Prior to driving to Relax In Comfort in Westshore Plaza in Tampa, I called and spoke to Randhish (Shish) Uppal to inquire about an X Chair for my office. Shish informed me of the chairs he had on floor to consider. I initially was hesitant about looking at an X Chair because of the price, but after speaking to Shish I felt I was dealing with a very honest and competent person, so I decided to drive to the store to see what he had. When I met Shish he confirmed my feelings from our phone conversation. His personality and knowledge of the X Chair and its features were second to none. The chair met and even exceeded my expectations and because of Shishs knowledge of the chair and reassurance of the X Chair company and their customer service, I ended up purchasing an X4. Well, the chair arrived about a week earlier than Shish felt it would, which made me happy, but it did have an issue with the leather on the backrest. Because of negative past experiences with other companies customer service and the price of the chair, I was initially very concerned that this would make my entire experience a bad one. I called Shish and explained the issues and he again confirmed my feelings about his competence and dedication to X Chair and his own companies customer service. He gave me everything I needed to make the claim for the chair. Upon following his easy instructions, I had confirmation from X Chair within an hour that the problem would be solved and a replacement part would be heading my way soon. Even with the small issue I had with the cosmetics of the chair, Shish made the experience easy and stress free and I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family in the future! Also, the issue with the chair did not affect its functionality or comfort and I feel it is the best chair I have ever owned and well worth the money and drive to Relax In Comfort. We purchased a ReST bed from Shish at this store in January and his enthusiasm and knowledge of the beds were outstanding. But this ReSTbed changed our lives it’s incredible! We had a sleep number which was awful and the service the same. But the service we received from Rest bed has been superior! We had questions regarding the actual remote device and they went above and beyond to help us until we had it perfect. The bed is a dream I have diffuse bone cancer in spine and sleep with bed head and legs up my husband likes flat and we sleep so well it’s truly the best investment we ever made! I pretty much knew what to expect in regards to the bed when I came to the Relax In Comfort store in Tampa. What I did not expect however was the customer service I received from Shish. Most sales folks I’ve encountered in other bed companies try to steer the customer to the most expensive product without knowing or even understanding about the customer’s needs and wants. That was not the case with Shish. He actually prides himself on education rather than sales. His philosophy is to provide the customer as much information as possible in order for them to make an informed choice. He’s not pushy and he doesn’t have to be. I have always wanted a power adjustable bed- but hated the twins used to form a king size- so we never bought one. Imagine my surprise when I was shopping the mall and stumbled upon a mini split top mattress- with separate controls AND ability to cuddle. Shish is amazing! He is very knowledgeable about his product and went above and beyond for my husband and I. Shish even entertained my young daughter while I tried out the Brio massage chair! She is very shy but opened up to him easily. We ended up purchasing both the Brio Massage Chair and the REST Bed in the same day. Shish was even able to rush our bed order for us because of the awful condition our current bed was in. Everyone that comes our house has been on the Brio at least once. It took a while to get used to the settings on the REST bed as there are a lot of components, but now its easy! If you are looking for a massage chair that actually gets the job done, the Brio is the one for you and this is where you need to go and buy it from.

My husband and I purchased the ReST smart adjustable bed which is an amazing bed. I like a firm bed however as a side sleeper my shoulder tends to be sore in the morning. I love this bed because it adjusts the pressure points automatically when I change positions. No more shoulder pain. I also love the comfort of the mattress. I totally relax when I lay down on it. My husband likes the manual setting so we are each able to have the settings that works for us. Of course I need to mention the head and foot of the bed are adjustable as well as the massage function on the bed..The customer service from Shish ( the owner of the Tampa store) was above and beyond anything we have experienced in the past. He went to great lengths to be sure we were completely satisfied and had a full understanding of how to maximize the benefits of our new bed. We really enjoyed working with him. The same rating also applies to “Relax in Comfort”, a owner operated store @ Westshore Mall by “Shish” who not only knows his stuff as a sleep professional, he truly understands and delivers PERFECTION when it comes to Customer Service & Satisfaction. After many months of researching and trying out multiple high-end mattresses and different companies, my wife & I thought we would have to just settle. It seemed we could not find the perfect mattress until we went to “Relax in Comfort” & worked with “Shish”, finally we found the perfect mattress. We purchased the King size Split Head “Rest Bed” smart mattress. This mattress with an adjustable power base, my wife & I feel like we are sleeping on a cloud.
