I purchased 2 mattresses 3 years ago...one put in a guest room and is never used...the other has to be replaced already after 3 years...so ticked off!!!

This store location is going out of business. So the selection is not great. However, the owner is still able to order what you may want from his other location. He was more than accommodating to show me around and teach me so much about the difference in mattresses. He spent a lot of time with explaining things. The prices are Fantastic. And clearly marked.

Shopped while they were going out of business and closing this location (no confirmation that they did close it) and was presented with a really good deal. Yeah, no. Turns out on top of the apathetic sales dude, I could have bought two of the same thing off of Amazon for what I got 50%+ off there. Never again, and I dont recommend them at all.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a mattress from Andy yesterday. As soon as you walk in, Andy makes you feel welcome. His customer service style is informative, helpful, and relaxed - never pushy. We ordered a king size MLilly memory foam/spring mattress - Andy threw in two cooling gel pillows for free. This was all for under $800.00. A better deal cant be found anywhere. And we enjoyed supporting this wonderful local Tampa business. I would recommend venturing out to this store. Even if its not in your direct vicinity in the Bay, it is worth the trip.

Looks dumpy on the outside but excellent experience inside. Store was clean and easy to try out the mattresses. Helpful staff that knows the products and did not try to push me toward a more expensive product that I did not need. Full range of mattress types and cost. Prices very reasonable. Owner helped put the mattress in my RV. Would definitely return.

Best Experience I had in buying a mattress. A good number of mattress variety to select from at a reasonable praise. And the best part is I got it delivered with in 2 hours, which is a free delivery.

So wow! Thats all I know to say I am still in shock at the fact I got a whole pillow top king set without even hitting $1,000! That included my delivery sheets and a mattress protector. Also amazing customer service no hidden fees what you see is what you get anything not included he told us from the get go that it was just to display different styles and told us the price of it! Wow! What I thought was going to be a long, drawn-out, sale pitched day looking for a bed, it turned out to be the best larger purchase process Ive ever had! From the minute we walked through the door, Lisa made us feel welcome as she explained their floor layout and put no pressure on us as we browsed the inventory. We got the 5 years warranty hard mattress in March 2019 and by July itself it started sagging in.. trying to reach them via email and phone number but so far it keeps going to voicemail where we need to give he phone number of that exact person. No luck till now

Her knowledge of the product, her answers to all my questions and the special attention she gave me made me return the next day ready to make my purchase. I did and I and so grateful to Lisa. Everything about my experience here was amazing. From the second we walked into the store, we were greeted by Lisa, who was the most friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgable, and helpful associate. She informed us about how the store worked (used to be strictly wholesale outlet to hotels and sold mass quantities at discounted prices, but is now open to the public at the same prices), how the store was laid out, and how pricing worked. She then gave us complete freedom to take our time and lay on the beds to try them out and decide which one fit our needs the best. She was available to answer any questions we had, wasnt overbearing at all, and did anything BUT pressure sale us into any specific mattress.Once we had one picked out, it was an easy process to sort out payment, delivery date and time (delivery as soon as the next day), and offered discounted prices on accessories (sheets, mattress protectors, etc).Plans with my delivery address changed drastically (had to move out of my apartment on short notice on the same day as scheduled delivery) and all I had to do was call and post pone delivery, and they were very understanding and told me to take my time, call back when I had a new address, and that they would take care of it and hold the mattress for me.Once I had my new address figured out, all I did was call, let them know, and delivery was scheduled for first thing the next day.On delivery day, (I think his name was John) was very communicable and called me in advance when he was about 30 minutes away from delivery, and single handedly delivered my mattress up 4 flights of stairs, in less than 5 minutes.As far as pricing, you cant get any better than the prices here. I purchased a 9 Euro Pillow Top full sized mattress, box spring, AND free delivery all for the price of $266 with taxes (retail price would have been $585)I was very happy with my experience at Wholesale Mattress and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area looking to purchase a bed.

Wholesale Mattress Warehouse, hands down the best mattress store in the Tampa Bay area. My wife and I have been shopping around for a new king size mattress set for months now. When we decided to search on craigslist, we stumbled across Andys add. Andy is co-owner of this awesome mattress store. We decided to give him a call and we were surprised by his inventory of not only spring, but also memory foam sets. When my wife and I drove to his store (which was only 4 miles from our house) we were surprised to see how close it was. Upon entering Andy greeted us with a huge smile and a friendly hello. He also went on to tell us the type and style of mattresses he had on his showroom floor. Andy was not pushy in any way, he simply said “you guys are welcome to explore and lay on all the beds until you find the perfect one, let me know at any time if you have any questions and I will be happy to answer them.” My wife and I did as he suggested (by the way our 5 month old son was with us at the time). We finally picked out the MLILY 11” Memory foam king mattress set. We loved it as soon as we laid on it (my son especially). We ordered it through Andy on a Monday, and received it on Wednesday morning. It all came to be under $900, including cooling memory gel pillows!, WHAT AN EXCELLENT DEAL. My mother-in-law purchased a set and had the same great experience, Best prices in town and defiantly a 5-star experience. We will be shopping here for any mattress needs in the future.

Wonderful mom and pop. Wholesalers who generally deal with hotels and condos. They opened up to allow the public to by mattresses on the same discount as the hotels. Havent seen this approach before. Also no hassel and no haggle. The salestaff will leave you alone or assist what ever youd like. Do your shopping first so you really understand how amazing the pricing is. Hotel mattresses are either made to take a beating and keep going or made so they can be replaced cheaply. They have both options to suit your needs.

Hi this is comment is for the customers of Mattress Whare House I had a great experience with Domingo and all the other associates of this great business, everybody was kind patient and eager to please. Now I experienced that while the contractors J.D. and ED were courteous and unloaded my King size bed room set in minutes on to a second floor as they were assembling the beautiful furniture that I purchased for a unbelievable low Price there were parts missing so assembly could not be completed. J.D. and ED apologized numerous times. I do not hold J.D. and ED responsible nor my vendor Domingo as well as Mattress Warehouse responsible reason being all the boxes were sealed by the factory.... Thus leaving mattres Warehouse unliable for the manufacturing human error. Again mattres Warehouse is incomparable to other furniture stores, Excellent customer service and they are always looking for a way to get you the greatest deal I recommend there Contractors J.D. and ED as well they just do the job right the first time as well as Mattress Warehouse Top of the line furniture sincerely Guy-García satisfied customer.
