They have a wide selection of stone but as a consumer youll be quoted full retail price which is typically done to protect contractors so dont expect better prices. Instead choose the stone you want and go to a retail outlet to purchase as theyll offer better pricing.Nothing wrong with that its just an old business model theyll still make money.

I went over with my contractor They quoted my contractor 12K for the stone that we plan to install for my house, whoever been there should know how nasty those people can be and never return your call ! We called stone pro same stone only for 7500 ! You must be kidding me !Again, I pay money I want to have better service, if you don’t mind to pay more then go head !

Was looking for filler pieces for an existing brick veneer on my home. They provided great customer service although there was no major sale to be made. Will definitely use them in the future for my stone and brick needs.

One of the largest selection of decorative stone Ive seen in one place.In the front and back there are walls of samples to chose from.However the issue with call backs, needs to be address.If its lack of competition, just plan not carry, or even incompetents, one day it could come back and bite you.

A much better selection of materials than other stone places even though theyre are definitely overpriced in my opinion. We experienced terrible customer service over and over again... Expect to follow up with them constantly and certainly dont expect to be called back even after they say they will. I would recommend you try other places first.

I am a custom home builder in South Tampa. Timing is everything and crucial. Alex my sales rep was amazing, and very professional.The order I needed was delayed. Alex managed to find another location that had the items needed. She kept in touch and followed all the way through to delivery.👍👍👍👍

Great products but customer service is terrible. They never call you back, never call and tell you product you ordered is in. Had workers scheduled and waiting on stone, said they would check and call me back but never did. My GC went over and they closed early for inventory. Now my workers cant complete the job and need to reschedule for next week!
