Very,very helpful. They take their time to speak with you and educate their customers, particularly the parents of new sailors. They have a very technical knowledge about sailing and I have learned quite a few tips and tricks from them. I have had other vendors tell me I needed a several hundred dollar solution to a problem these folks helped me solve at a fraction of the cost.They are honest and have always told me the truth where other vendors have been less than truthful. They have all the parts you need at regattas, and I buy from them items that, although they may be a few dollars more than you may find on the internet, I pay the small premium for their good advice and availability at regattas. A true mom and pop business I trust.
