Ken was so helpful when he came out to install our new system. He took the time to make sure that everyone had all of their questions answered. He took us step by step on the computer program as well to ensure everybody was up and running.

I would not recommend using this company. Watch if you are signing a contract. Our lease was supposed to be for 36 months, but turn to find out the numbers were transposed without me catching it, so now it is for 63 month. I deal with many vendors in my business and have never left a review, but if I can save other business owners from the same fate I encounter, I feel it is worth the time to post.
Ken and Alex are great, anytime I need anything they dont just tell me to log into this or that, they walk you through the entire process until your satisfied. They are friendly, helpful and very nice I hope Automated Mailroom knows that they are great employees and make the customers happy.
I recommend against doing business with this company. They fraudulently modified a contract we signed for a Francotype-Postalia postage meter to make it a 60 month term AFTER we had already signed the contract. The original contract did not require a minimum term of usage. When we caught what they did, they wouldnt return our phone calls, emails, or registered letters. I had to complain to the national headquarters to get a resolution. We had been customers of theirs for 20 years.
This company has, without a doubt, the most horrific customer service ever. Postage machine has been down for a week, causing massive problems as I have a time-sensitive mailer that needed to go out, and the manager laughed at me on the phone. I supposed it is completely out of the question to break a contract for a postage machine that consistently has $200 cartridge problems and forces me to keep $1000 worth of stamps in the office just in case the postage meter goes out (which makes the need for the damned meter totally moot). I didnt realize I was paying for the pleasure of having horrific customer service and faulty equipment. As it turns out, I sent the ink cartridges to the manufacturer, FP Mailing Solutions, and they verified that Automated Mailroom was selling me recycled or off-brand cartridges and not genuine FP approved cartridges, thus, making me (unknowingly) violate the terms of my rental agreement for the equipment with FP Mailing Solutions.
I would not recommend using this company.
