Great company they picked up and delivered my equipment great turnaround time a little pricey but it was worth it

I want to tell everybody dont do business with this company.Tony and his wife is not a good people to do business with it. I sold a machine in march to him and he dont paid my money. Everytime I call him he have some excuse to paid and his wife too. Last week 6/26/20 he said he was going to send my money and he didnt do it. Everytime they have some excuse to paid my money, like he is in the hospital or something. If you have to do something in your home or your business dont call this company this is not responsible people.

This is a good company to work with I’ve been doing business with them for months I recommend them very highly

We spent nearly $1k to have a power unit rebuilt because the motor was bogging and tripping the breaker. We get it back and are told to wait 48 hours for some lanolin sealant to dry. We oblige and wait, we install it and guess what?! SAME thing, the EXACT same thing happens that we sent it in for! So no biggie, we paid all that $$ because of their 18 mo warranty so we call, nothing, no answer at all straight to voicemail! I sent an email, no response, I called the next day 3-4 times, no response to voicemails, no response to emails. Its been a week of us trying to get ahold of Tony over there and nothing! We wasted $1,000 on rebuilding a pump is what they think, but Im about to send it to our lawyer and well see how funny it is when theyre being sued for the money we spend, the loss of use, the attorney fees and court costs! Its not even sort of funny. I cannot believe anyone in business like this would come in and shake our hands, tell us that theyll do whatever it takes to do good business, and then ghost us when we need them to stand behind their product! If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would! Tony youd better have a good excuse because Im not happy, you guys are thieves as far as Im concerned and until you prove me wrong youll be treated as such! So now we will be filing a fraud report with the Sheriffs Office on Tuesday. The false retaliatory review on our page isnt gonna work. Folks who know us know that we would never tolerate theives working at our facility! We would provide the video evidence to convict one of our employees if they stole anything, ever!Edit: We spoke to Tony, he apparently had a real health emergency and had to undergo surgery. He has agreed to make this right so we will update our feedback accordingly.Edit: STILL no response from the owner as of 4/21/20. We will wait to see what happens.Edit: As of 6/2/21 they have never made any attempt to make it right. So we have to assume they are happy being theives.

High pricing but the quality of the work was worth it
