RUDE EMPLOYEES!! There was no “greeting” from employees, instead. “we close in 30” was shouted from across the store. During our 10 min stay, all three employees let us know that we need to leave asap because they were closing in 30 min. After rushing us through checkout, we were stuck in the store because the doors were locked at 6:45 pm. An employee finally came to let us out only to discover our security tags were still left on all the items we purchased because of the rush of employees to close the store down. we had to get back in line to have our tags removed, taking even more of your employees time which they made sure we were aware of. If the store closes at 7, it closes at 7, not 630!

Everything at this store you can buy at fashion nova for 1/3 of the price. I went in today to find a shirt to go out in and spent 30 minutes trying to find something that didn’t feel cheap and didn’t look ugly. Once I found it, I was gonna do an exchange from a gift and the woman told me I needed the card I purchased it with even though it was a gift. I explained that to her and even told her it was with a gift receipt. If I’m doing an exchange why would I need the card if it even came with a gift receipt???

I like the prints and variety of clothing that Windsor has but I’ve purchased 2 bright colored outfits that have bleed when I have tired hand washing them. They also have an unusual return policy that only 14 days for refund. But if you try to return at this particular location they give you such a hard time. I’ve had issues twice now. I used to work retail and definitely not the level of customer service that is trained to have in most major stores.

I have so many of their clothes. I. LOVE. WINDSOR. High quality, super comfortable, long lasting, extremely durable, and simply gorgeous.

They have nice dress, but only if your a small or medium. The store was filled with dresses but nothing for bigger girls.

Windsor at the Westshore Mall Manager has provided the worst customer service. Enough said.

Im a regular customer at Windsor. I mostly shop at the one in brandon mall but if they dont have what am looking for, I would travel all the way to Westshore or Citrus Mall, about two weeks ago I brought a red jumpsuit at the brandon mall location and decided that I wanted to exchange it for something else, I called the store and ask them if I could exchange it at the location in Westshore they said yes. I went to the one in Westshore and was looking around to see if there was something I like that I could exchange for the red jumpsuit. An employee walked up to me and ask if am doing an exchange I told her yes but am just looking around to see if theres anything else I like that I can exchange it with. She then said ok but I want to see your receipt and your bag to make sure whats inside the bag matches whats on your receipt, she looked at it and said o ok then proceeded to take my bag, I told her am ok Ill keep my bag until am ready to do my exchange, she followed me throughout the store the entire time, so I decided to get my money back and leave even tho that was not my intention. I was Racial profiled by this employee and that was NOT RIGHT. I have visited other Windsor stores and have had other bags in my hand from different stores and also bags from Windsor but Ive never been treated this way. Few days before that I spend over $80.00 at the one in brandon, and also $65 at the same Westshore location where I got a special occasion blue dress. Im very disappointed with the service I received at Windsor WESTSHORE MALL . ITS 2018 AND A PERSON SHOULD NOT BE JUDGED BASE ON THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN And for a employee to assume that we are ALL stealing because of our skin color. This have not been the first negative experience Ive had at this location, it have happened before where am trying to shop in peace but someone is always there asking me if I find what am looking for and just follow me around, but i always take it as they are just being NICE. ITS NOT BEING NICE ITS JUST SEPARATING US BLACK FORKS FROM EVERYONE ELSE BECAUSE IVE NEVER SEEN THEM DO THIS TO SOMEONE ELSE WITH A DIFFERENT SKIN TONE. I WILL NOT BE SPENDING MY HARD EARN MONEY AT WINDSOR ANY MORE, ILL SPEND IT ELSEWHERE WHERE I FEEL APPRECIATED AND NOT COLOR SHAMED.

I went in the store to ask about exchanging the size of something I bought on sale at a different location and had my sister go to exchange it for me the next day just to tell her that she couldnt because the sale was over. It was a complete waste of time to have her drive there when I could have just been told that while I was in the store. Thats pretty annoying. They literally just lost a customer for that location. However, I will still take my business to any other Windsor location except this one.
