After going through a long process of treatments I am tired of feeling like a medical experiment, From the moment I walked in the door I felt very relaxed and well taken care of. I did make an appointment, very common at this time I was greeted by Anna and given her full attention and expertise. I was a difficult fit and she never made me feel rushed or unimportant. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this excellent level of service. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely mess and outdated store. Completely not worth spending your money here. First they don’t show on google that they are appointment only & that leads to countless people thinking that they are open till 6pm. That’s a lie.And then one of the woman who works there for 2 weeks doesn’t know any prices on things. There should be stickers on this limited supply of items.There has to be a better process. I promise you there’s better stores down the road.

I called and was able to come in on the same day. Anna took the time to find the right fit and how to take care of the prosthesis and bra. She was very sensitive of what I was going through and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to buy more bras in the future.

Anna is such a PRO ! She was kind, knowlegable, and caring. Breast cancer is such a scary thing, but she has beautiful products to help you feel pretty and desirable again . I even got a bathing suit with a eater proof inset . I highly recommend About You and Ann .

Brought my mom in today for the first time and was met at the door by Anna. She welcomed us in and made us feel at home. My mother doesn’t speak much English and Anna was patient and kind. This is a great example of how customer service should be. This is a great shop with great people.

Anna was phenominal in helping me. She is a very caring individual, knowledgeable and her kind words were so helpful. Great products and selection. She makes it safe for her customers as well. No walk in traffic just by appointment @ this time and the store is very clean. Large bathing suit selection as well. Im glad I found this diamond in the rough!

Anna helped me out. She was fantastic! Obviously all of this is new to me. She was very understanding. She took the time to properly fit me. There are many bras to select from. The store is very well kept and I didn’t feel like I was buying a mastectomy bra! I left with six bras and won’t hesitate to go back if I should need anything else mastectomy related.

Ive taken a friend to this boutique on a number of occasions now and they are truly lovely, caring women who run the store. They always are extremely attentive and spend the time with my friend to get her fitted correctly. For what could be an uncomfortable and embarrassing experience, these ladies always go above and beyond to make sure we leave the store happy and feeling better about the situation.

Jan was awesome. She took the time to help me find the perfect wig that matched my coloring and felt like me. Because of her, I will face chemo with a little more confidence. This is an amazing store filled with beautiful quality merchandise.

Very nice place with Beautiful Bras

If your a person of color this is not the store for you. When I walked into the store one woman that worked there said oh great. Then proceeded to go to the back. Another lady actually acknowledged us, but then didnt come back out to help us. Not a favorable experience.

It is so nice to visit a store where the manager and employees always give you the feeling like you are stopping by to visit a good friend. They help in whatever way they can, and no matter what the issue might be, they are right there to solve a problem. Great people !

Hi. I called anna first because Aetna advised me to look for wigs thru this location. She was so kind on the phone and made an appointment right away for a wig. This is a new and awkward situation since chemotherapy took my hair and anna made the experience very pleasant and stress free. I love the wig and she handled all the insurance paperwork with ease. Thanks 😊

TODAY 7/24/2018 I called the store prior to driving to the location. No one would answer the phone. I thought I would take my chances and make the 40 minute drive. I arrived to the location where the worker (JANE) told me she couldn’t help me, and asked if I had shopping to do and to come back later. I said no, I tried calling and just drove 40 minutes to get fitted and wanted to purchase a new bras. After waiting nearly an hour, I was given a fitting room and thrown in with 20 bras to try on. The measurement was a joke. None fit. When I tried to find JANE (I believe) she was back to helping someone else and never came back out of the fitting room. I was so DISSAPPOINTED, I left. In addition all workers should know how to service full figured women. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!

I would give Jan and Rebecca TEN GOLD STARS if possible, and they also have my two thumbs up. I will admit I was nervous when I arrived ( about half an hour early), but was immediately greeted and felt a calming sense of knowing I was in good hands (I had a double mastectomy). Not only the service I received, but every question and concern I had, they addressed professionally and with care. They brought in many different options of prosthesiss and bras. When I was in doubt, they helped with the what I do or dont feel comfortable with and why, along with some suggestions. I walked out with new BOOBIES and one bra, I have five more bras on order. I will be returning to purchase more items, such as camisoles and tops. My newest, and bestest place to shop for my every day casual and intimate wear, when it comes to my upper torso. My mother was a previous client of Cindys and let me just say that when I saw the ad that CINDY IS BACK I just about spit my tea out. My experience with her was not a good one. This woman ran around my house in such a hurry my mothers head was spinning by the time she left. When the bras were delivered they did not fit & we were told that she would not come back & fix it. insisted if listening to what mother wanted she told her what she needed & ordered & delivered product that she did not want or need. My mother is 88 years old she surely did not need attachable nipples. We were not satisfied at all with the service we received. It was our first experience with her & was also our last. Good luck to you other gals.

This was a great experience for me, easy getting an appointment, great fitter and selection. I will be back.
