I had Budget Blinds install my plantation shutters 4 years ago and love them. I have never had an issue with them. There was 2 existing shutters on doors that were here when I moved in, that the clips needed to be replaced. I had Budget Blinds come out and fix them. They came in a timely manner and at the time they said they would arrive.

I enjoyed my experience with Budget Blinds. I am very satisfied with the products they offer and my custom plantation shutters are beautiful. They were installed well. The price was lower than the competitors price. I deducted one star because when I called the Tampa office to inquire about the expected timeframe for installation, my request was met with a little attitude, even though I explicitly stated at the start of the call that I was very understanding that things might be delayed due to COVID. The custom shutters were a few weeks late, which I consider perfectly reasonable given the circumstances. Nevertheless, that was only one short conversation and overall I was happy with the service and would use Budget Blinds again.

Both installers Tony and Nick were very attentive and got the job done quickly and neatly Im very satisfied and will recommend Budget Blinds .
