We had a large Kapok tree that needed to be removed but it was a nice tree and we didn’t want to just cut it down. Sunscape purchased the tree from us and relocated it to a different property. The crew that arrived was spectacular! They were hard workers and were very conscious of other plantings and the lawn, including the neighbor’s lawn. This was certainly an all day project and when they ran into an unexpected obstacle they handled it with no problems.Mackenzie was so accommodating to coordinate the tree removal around our scheduled water and sewer hookup. Makenzie and Tracie were great at helping us select our palms and arrange for them to be delivered and installed.The installation team were fantastic, very nice guys and really respectful to our property. They cleaned and tidied everything up before leaving and wanted to make sure we were happy.

I had an overgrown date palm that I was unable to maintain myself anymore and unwilling to pay to be trimmed. After finding them on google, Makenzie at Sunscape responded immediately to my inquiry about them buying my palm. She answered all questions I had regarding the process in a timely manner, and the payment offer was very fair. Their team did a great job removing the palm and cleaned up the area after, youd never know there used to be a 20ft+ tree there a few days before. I would highly recommend working with this business in the future.

I had Sunscape remove a rainbow eucalyptus, move a clump bottle palm and install a foxtail palm all to my satisfaction. After my house had to be demolished from a fire I was forced to regime by exquisite large canary palm. Makenzie at Sunscape came to the rescue. We had to wait for the demolition because there was no access with the structure still standing. She worked with me On scheduling and the removal crew were kind and respectful to me and my tears as well as to her in her removal from her 30+ year home. I watched every moment as she maintained her beauty and dignity in her departure. Even the follow up from Sunscape, wow. They are awesome

They are predators that drive around nice neighborhoods trying to basically steal established showcase palm trees from unsuspecting homeowners by offering ridiculously below-market prices for these expensive palm trees. They offered $375 for a 14 foot Phoenix Sylvestris that I paid $800 for a two foot, or $400 a foot, for 14 years ago. They are thieves!!

I was prepared to spend $2000-$3000 for one palm tree, but I must be too small-time for them to deal with me. After making two trips to their Hillsborough Avenue location and speaking with Thomas on the phone, they wont give me prices or return my calls. The unspoken message is to take my business elsewhere. I dont know why.

Terrrible! Do not sell your Palm to them! They will lie and say your promised tree is on it’s way but it will never show up till you contact the Better Business Bureau! They will not take responsibility for the damaged curb till you contact the Better Business Business! They fill the hole with the tree trimmings and top with sand, not a quality fill! The owner will never receive your call or email! Mike Kunz, Palm Preservation, sold our contract to them without telling us! So he steps back and won’t take, “any responsibility”! Bought places will screw you!

Terrible! we are frequent buyers and my 75 year old father drove over 30mins to tag some palms for a job we were doing the next day and they sold them. wasted our time and money. Thomas was super rude about it and gave us the option to take whats left or find them elsewhere. really unsatisfied!

Unethical business practices and pathological in their decent. Short version- sent a rep named Ricky to purchase tree from our yard, signed a contract with us. They changed their minds and accused the rep of not really working for them and that he stole the contracts. Huge waste of time not worth pursuing in small claims court. Just beware of this company
