Just a great company to do business with, Denise and Erin Marie were very polite, and professional when finalizing pricing, scheduling delivery and then trying to help me move my delivery date up during a very busy time. I had a French drain project and shopped for granite and round rock.. they were matching competitors prices back in feb but I wasn’t ready. I eventually bought the rock in April and had a great experience..the owner called me to let me know they were able to move up my delivery date to my delight. Friendly man he was.. Upon arrival the driver was polite and accommodating- he dropped 40000 lbs of granite dead center on my driveway, couldn’t have been happier. I would recommend anyone to Seffner rock and gravel. This is the only place well use. They have a huge inventory of landscaping material and the prices are very fair. The staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. Denise will go that extra mile with a great attitude. Before we discovered Seffner Rock & Gravel, the other guys were limited in what they had to offer which didnt make for one stop shopping and they werent equipped to deliver like SR&G can. Dont go anywhere else when you can get it all here!

Excellent service. The owner discussed my needs and offered advice on all my options. He estimated my yardage needs most accurately. They delivered one day earlier than the promised date. The truck driver was polite and respectful of our property, very thoughtful and careful with unloading. Their pricing is fair and competitive. You deal directly with the owner here, I highly recommend them.

Ive used this company for many years and Ive never been more happy with the service with the product and the small business family that takes care of you. I have all my customers go there to pick out their diverse aggregate and decorative rock. Or theyre nice enough to let you take samples and show everyone what they have available to make your sale easier. They have the best topsoil no weeds included I use them for my paver base filler dirt and mulch. Chuck and his family is very nice and considerate and try to help you any way they possibly can

Absolutely the best place to buy red lava rock. I have searched for literally months and came across Seffner Rock & Gravel. The entire experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. I just had an absolutely wonderful experience in getting a delivery just days after I showed up at the office out of the blue to find out if they could get me a load of crushed asphalt pronto.Wow, the wheels turned fast, and BINGO, just a few hours ago, a MASSIVE pile of excellent crushed asphalt was sitting right where I ask it to be placed.Many years ago, Seffner Rock and Gravel supplied the rock and shell for my driveway as well.The staff is so wonderful. The staff is friendly and courteous, they have great prices and they even mixed my garden soil and compost before delivering it today. The delivery driver was excellent in getting into the small space and delivering it where it needed to go, he even helped move the parking boarders and put them back. Seffner Rock & Gravel are a 10 in my book and I wont hesitate to use them again.

I have purchased rock and mulch from Seffner Rock & Gravel prior to this past weekend. The first time, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I under-estimated the amount of stone that I needed so I rented a truck and came back on a Sunday. I forgot they closed at 2pm and arrived at 2:10pm. Denise was just getting into her car to leave for the day and without hesitating she asked how she could help. We told her that we needed to purchase rock. She asked if we knew which one and how much. She then told us that she would unlock the door and wait inside for us to load our truck. Like so many other businesses, she could have easily told us to come back during business hours. What incredible service! Thanks again Denise

I was just in town visiting my sister and we decided to go check out boulders and different rocks to get ideas and inspiration since Im creating a rock garden in my yard. Their selection is amazing and staff was helpful, I ended up purchasing a few big rocks to get me started and I could not be happier, prices are also very good. Love this place. I snag a few things from time to time. Contrary to others opinions, I think the entire staff is awesome. If you have a problem with staff at seffner, perhaps you should take a long hard look in the mirror and wonder where your social skills went, and where you found your sense of entitlement. I have worked in various levels of service industry for 15+ years, If you would like a waitress go to Hooters. I highly advise you shop at this business. The prices are competitive and the best part is paying, scenery in office lovely, bring the dog a bone.

On behalf of Cruzs Landscaping & Lawn Care Service Inc., this location is unethical and does NOT fulfill orders. We had ordered 6 yards of Red Lava Rock on 7/2/18 & had a delivery date of 7/5/18, yet at 9:00AM on 7/5, we received a call from this location stating that they did not have the supply nor did they know when they were going to get another shipment. THEY STATED THAT THEY HAD SOLD THE ROCK PRIOR TO THE DELIVERY DATE!!!!! WHY WOULD THEY SELL PRODUCTS THAT ARE ALREADY ASSIGNED ELSEWHERE. Keep in mind that, we had an unsatisfied client & we could not fulfill our job for this client. This was our first time ordering from them as we are looking for new suppliers. I am hesitant to order from this location. I would rate this a 0 for their unethical business structure.
