This is my favourite Korean grocer in Tampa. And the little restaurant Dosi Take has great food for a great price.
The place was really nice, the back of the store could’ve been tidy up a little bit. Other than that they still had everything we needed, definitely recommend
Lots of JPN snacks. Lots more Korean snacks. Instant noodles, hotpot meats. Etc. Theres a restaurant attached to this place, where you can order food and shop while you wait. Contains items not found in the nearby MD Oriental Market on Fowler.
All the produce here looks expired. I have never seen produce this old on the shelf. I bought a sweet potato that looked decent, but it was completely rotten on the inside.
Lots of products but need to know what you looking for and be able to read it in another language, no assistance available.
This review is about the little Korean Restaurant that it’s inside this store. It is delicious! I just had the Bibibamp and the Japchae. The presentation was as amazing as the taste sublime. Definitely a lot cheaper than other Korean place in town. My son loved it too. We find ourselves lucky to know about this place and wished it was closer to USF area but I am willing to do the drive because I love Korean food here and there and it has been hard to find since moving from Toronto where it is everywhere. I wished it was more popular as it is way healthier and yummier than other oriental foods.
Nice Korean grocery store, but small.
It was my first time eating there today and the people there are really friendly and not to mention the absolutely delicious food!! I’d definitely recommend it! *chefs kiss*
Best Korean market on this side of town.
Convenient location, close to 275 and BBD and USF.
My daughter and I loved it and found everything..we wanted and the store employee was soooooo nice and in was introduced to new korean flavors and we WERE VERY HAPPY
Amazing little resturant in the back. Another of Tampas hidden gems. Good portion sizes. I would avoid the Ramyun and instead spring for the Japchae box.
Very organized, well stocked, many vegetarian and gluten free products also. Clean and economical. Good area for shopping.
They are showing fresh seafood in the doors thats was the reason why Instoped there then when inside the freezers were empty asked the guy he said since the covid started they stopped selling it?
Very nice place they have a restaurant on the side. It has some of the items I wasnt sure it I would be able to find down here in Tampa. They have a better selection an cleaner store than some other shops in Tampa. I will say one item was past the best by date by a little, but otherwise I was happy with the selection. It think it is perfectly fine.
Everything is delicious/ always hot the hostess is very knowledgeable about each dish! The prices are great and so is the food, it can be a little hard to find at 1st but once you do it will become a weekly visit their I do 2 or 3 myself lol
This is my goto Korean market. They have a great variety of options.
It you want great Oriental/Asian items! Excellent.
Convenience store that has Korean foods also a nice little cafe inside that sells really good Korean food
Aloha,I loved stopping by this place. I needed a few items you cant find in your average grocery store. During this time of distress and most businesses being closed down. Im happy this place was open. My meal now has everything it needs.Mahalo, (Thank you)
They always have what I am looking for
Small but got all that we need. Small restaurant inside got really good Korean food also.
Theres a restaurant hiding in the back of this market that sells really good Korean food! Shawn is a great guy too!
I frequent quite a few oriental super markets in the area, and A-Green is one of my personal favorites. Very cleanly and personable staff. They always have some unique things I cant find at other places such as Oceanic, which I also love. The selection of Korean products is often superior to some of the other markets in the area.
Awesome big grocery store. Inside is a little restaurant that sells bento type boxes that just opened up. Amazing food. It’s a hidden gem
The little restaurant on the side cooks Korean food for good prices. I would definitely come again. Delicious.Update: They used to be under a different management with very affordable prices. I miss it, now they dont have $5 ramen on the menu anymore ☹️ And the prices have been raised too. Tried the new jjajjangmyeon for takeout and the flavor was a bit off. However, the grocery shopping experience still remains good. So Im glad about that.
Good place to get some Kimchi with decent price!
I stopped there in three different occassions. Each time, their vegetables are not in freshest condition, very limited in selections. The attached small eatery/noodle shop was nice.
Korean Market with a good selection and good prices! I love that they always have fresh bunch spinach. Everything you need to make most traditional Korean dishes. I great find since I moved North of Tampa.
Great place to get your favorites!
This was my first time in that store. I’ve been in other oriental markets before and this one was poorly supplied, shelf’s half empty, no selection of noodles at all, and the cashier was no help what so ever incapable to answer my simple questions; clearly bored and didn’t care. I will never again waste my time to go there. Instead there is another EPIC oriental store few block away; definitely worthed to go to!
The girl had to get a pedicure
Worst!!worst!!business!! Ever!!! Buggies inside and outside of rice packs all the time. Lots of stuff on stock are expired. Green oriental market is the worst place I have ever shopped in. They have the worst customer service, especially with returning. I used to spend over $100 almost every week. One day, I bought something and wanted to return it because it did not taste right, but the chinese guy said he can’t take it back, B/C I opened it. With produces, they have to accept returns when the produces are not in normal condition after opened/tried one piece. I never go there again. Hate the way they do their business and treat customers. Deserve no star
The homemade kimshi is awesome at the store! Best I have found since living in Youngsan Dong, South Korea. I called this beautiful country home while accompanying my father over there. He was a Col. in the army when a was 13-18pm.I LOVE THIS PLACE!
Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean store. I can find all my favorite products. Convenient location.
It is a okay place to visit. I go there for emergencies. Not sure their quality of frozen food is good. One time I got frozen dumplings with good expiration date. When I opened it, each dumpling was iced up.
I was very happy to purchase exactly what I needed for Christmas dinner, Korean Flaken ribs and I will return for more!! The staff was very helpful and pleasant...
My daughters favorite Korean Grocery store. Clean, well stocked and organised shop with friendly owner. Some items are on discount rack. Unusual snacks like red bean bun, green tea flavored kit Kat, curry flavored chocolate sticks... Very close to USF.
Best Korean market in town if you ask me....more people should know it and give it a try
Nice place. Good selection and prices. I was able to get matcha kit-kat from Asia.
The store is great for soy sauce, wasabi, and candy/snacks, but today, when I went there with my mother, meats were black-ish red, and brownish colors. Also, the veggies were dark colored, withered and spoiled. Dont recommend this store for vegetables or meat.
Good market to get your oriental food fix. I recommend it.
A large selection of Korean food.
Tasty food at good prices next to the store inside.
Clean, friendly and good food
Nice oriental market off of Fletcher. They have a ton of Asian snacks and goodies as well as a bunch of different Asian specific ingredients. Lots to love, definitely worth a visit.
Huge selection of stuff I dont understand in languages I dont speak. Great fun for an adventurous or disastrous dinner party. If you need some obscure Asian food stuff, its here.
I was married to a Korean woman for over 42 years until her death, I moved to New Tampa and desired some of her old favorites... I bought some Udon and beef dumplings, there was an open bag of wooden chopsticks buy the registers and I placed three of them into my cart to enjoy my Udon. When I checked out, not only did the owner remove them (the chopsticks) he was indignant for me to even have them even after I explained they were to enjoy the Udon I was purchasing. He was very rude and I would not even recommend this store to any of my friends.
Best place for mochi and udon and trying new things
Awesome establishment, everthing you could possibly need under one roof. Great values.
Store is clean and well stocked for its size. The guy who works here (never saw any other workers) is nice and helpful.
I can’t contact them because the phone number is for a fax machine. I bought two cans, and a can opener but was somehow also charged for expensive sake I did not purchase.
Great little market with solid variety in Korean groceries ranging from meats and fish to noodles and snacks.
My wife is Vietnamese and we love to go grocery shopping at Oriental markets. This our favorite one because of their prices and product selection. We love their Kimchi. We only wish that they had a selection of Boba pearls.
A Korean market with some Asian foods. You can buy many Korean foods with reasonable price.
My favorite stop I TPA.... Great options and helpful staff.
Love this place! Come here for their snacks ☺️ So good!
Great!had everything we wanted !
I shop here for most things, its a good place to get more specific items for Asian foods.
Good selection of food but almost everything is expired!
One of the places I go to to get some of my favorite Asian food stuffs.
Dude looks depressed/bored, not much of a selection here, and prices are pretty expensive lol
So happy the place was close by and had the ingredients I needed.
Nice Asian market with almost everything you need to cook your Asian dishes. Reasonably priced items.
Kimchi here is always amazing and they have everything I need.
Loved the food at the restaurant.
Good prices and selection for such a small store. Not much produce, meat is good and cheap
Food is good prices fair and clean lot of variety
Some items are pricy but overall an ok store.
Great selection of Asian foods. Try something new!
Some English translations would be appreciated.
Not bad.
It is a kind and low price
Good selection decent price.
That place is dead.Dont have what you need.No service!
Very good store.
Literally find anything youd expect at an Asian market.
Great place to get staples like kimchi, rice, and noodles
You can get a fix of Korean food
Great little korean market
Not clean meat looked rotten
Plenty of stores to choose from. Although they close down a bit early
I love shopping here, clean and quite.
Best korean market in Tampa
Friendly and clean. I always look forward to shopping here
Many choices. Service ok.
I want to go here so I can get pork belly and eat like someone from a Korean drama 😧
I like the store. I like getting the seaweed chips.
Lots of Korean food and good prices
They have everything you could need
Shop there every 2 weeks
Great variety!
Cheap on the Asian market in Tampa
Really like this place
Love to visit often
