Great selection of cups, colors and designs. Have most professional teams and some college teams. Good selection of current TV/ movies too. Friendly and helpful staff.

I love this brand for reusable cups as we try to be more green in our lives by using less plastic disposable items. I have several of their tumblers and they hold up really well. As such, I decided to pop into this location while in the mall.The associate greeted us and offered help if we needed it. We looked around and enjoyed many of the tumblers on offer. I didnt end up leaving with anything, but they did have some good sales on out of season items and retiring items as well.Overall: AIts a solid brand with well made tumblers that stand the test of time. Go green and ditch the plastic. ;)

I love my Tervis products but when I visit the store the service is awful. Went to exchange damaged product and was basically sent away. We cannot take care of these.

I love the huge selection and the staff, Michael in particular, was so friendly and helpful! I am absolutely in love with my Tervis tumblers and use them every single day now!

What an awesome store. They have all different sizes and styles of Tervis cups!! The staff there was extremely helpful and friendly. The girls was so nice and pleasent to talk to.

They would not accept my tumblers for warranty return due to covid concerns . So now I have to mail it in and pay postage almost as much as the Tumbler Costs. What a crock to me it is just an excuse not to accept returns.

A little smaller than other Tervis stores Ive been to, but still very nice and the staff was very helpful.

I have visited the store at International Mall three times. When I came in to spend money, they were very helpful. When I came in to exchange one of the items I had purchased as a gift because the recipient already had that cup, they treated me as if I was trying to scam them. Cup still had all of its stickers, had never been used, and I brought my receipt. I went back today with a warranty issue on my sons Star Wars tumbler. The sales associate was curt and rude, telling me it was obviously mistreated and they won’t cover it. I own 28 Tervis products. This store has caused me to seriously question my loyalty to the company. I will not shop here again. Customer service and the lifetime guarantee is the reason I purchase Tervis. If they aren’t able to honor either of those things any longer, I will take my business elsewhere. Hopefully, the online service will be able to fix my problem.

Very disappointed :(I was so excited when Tervis came out with the stainless steel line. Sadly their warranty is not a true warranty and the products are horrible. The designs are peeling off several of my cups, the lids leak and they dont stay hot or cold for more than 1 or 2 hours. Not at all what I expect from Tervis. I was a loyal Tervis customer but not anymore. Yeti here I come.

If you are looking for poor durability products and bad customer service, then you have found the place. Not only was the lady who works here uncooperative; she wanted to initiate an argument with the customer. We will no longer be buying Tervis products based on the poor durability of their products, the even poorer customer service and their unwillingness to stand behind their products. Be warned, even if you have had good customer service experience elsewhere; this Tervis store belongs on a list of businesses most likely to fail.

We visited the store in West Shore mall today in hopes of replacing a Tervis cup that my fiance is very fond of (a gift from the kids). The cup was cracked, but Tervis no longer makes the particular dad design. Brittany went out of her way to help us, sending the insert from the cup off to be put into a new cup. We were so happy with her service, and the fact that she went above and beyond to make our trip from Gibsonton well worth it. Thank you for your excellent customer service, Brittany! I hope the company recognizes you for this!

Very disappointed, purchased a stainless steel Bucs cup that peeled after 90 days. The store manager was rude and after tweeting and multiple calls to corporate they said they will mail it back to me. Yeti makes a great cup the its indestructible, never have had to make a claim. We have over 25 Tervis cups in our household. Tervis has always had good customer service in the past. I have a cup with a “film” on the inside, which is one of the things they cover supposedly. However, when talking to customer service they only cover “film” that can be cleaned with baking soda. Hmmmm. If it could be cleaned, why would I need to exchange it.

Better off ordering online than deal with bad customer service. I came in just to replace a lid that cracked after a coworker knocked it to the floor. As soon as I walked in, I felt as if I was an inconvenience and was rushed to make a purchase. There was a gentleman who was in the office and hurriedly rushed out to walk behind us to assume make sure me and my mom werent stealing. As much money as Ive spent, Ill make a drive to visit another Tervis store.

Bad customer service... I brought in a brand new Tervis cup that had a mark on it for an exchange and the employee or manager told me that the cup was in fact not new and had been used when it definitely had never been drank out of or used. She continued to tell me that the lid had marks on it(which the cup came with), ok? and went on and on about the cup and the year that it was made...what does it matter when it was made?....doesnt the company offer a lifetime warranty no matter what? Anyways I felt like I was just accused the whole time about the cups condition instead of just simply saying...Sorry, we dont carry that cup in store but you can send it in for replacement.

Twice I have returned broken cups at this location and the staff has been super helpful.

I was trying to warranty my hazed cups and the Assistant Manager refused to key in her codes for the clerk because it interrupted he lunch break. She asked me to just mail them on instead.Sloppy.
