Ken MartinWe have dealt over the years with various companies and sales personal.Typically once the order is placed and money collected the sales person is done with you. Your lucky if they remember your face when you come back into the store. Not so with Ken Martin at Ferguson on Willow Street Tampa, Florida. We were missing parts to our shower handles. For what ever reason the parts although listed were not in the respective packages. The manufacturer said we had installed fixtures incorrectly. Ken became a strong advocate and parts were delivered...showers worked!Ferguson is a reliable and good company to buy from but what makes them great is having employees like Ken Martin.
Make sure to make an appointment before you go. Due to COVID their showrooms are available by appointment only.
Cannot say enough great things about my experience working with Taylor at Fergusons! When we first came into the store we were completely clueless and overwhelmed with options. Taylor immediately honed into our style and helped us narrow down our options. Her knowledge of the brands and products was beyond impressive as was her response time to any questions via phone or email. Loved working with her!
Nice gallery and reasonable prices for kitchen and bath supplies/hardware. Purchased our rain shower kit and cannot wait to get in installed.
Today I went to Ferguson’s in Tampa for a bathtub. It is a fantastic store and they were extremely nice to me. I worked primarily with Abby. She was attentive, helpful and had expert knowledge of their products. I recommend this store without reservation and in the future I will look here first. Completely positive experience.
If you are looking for appliances, look elsewhere. The staff is unable to read or respond to emails in a timely fashion. When they do respond, they dont even send over the information you requested. The only time you will get attention is if your PO is large enough.
😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Drove all the way from Brooksville on my Saturday. I did my do diligence and checked with google and their website and both said they are open until 5 pm. I arrived at 1:55 pm and they are CLOSED !! This is the BIGGEST WASTE of my time. We are working on a $70,000 kitchen remodel in our home and are in need of a bunch of products Ferguson just lost our business if they can’t even keep their Google my business and website current with their hours of operation I can only imagine the other problems!
This isnt a plumbing fixture showroom. I think its a museum. I stood and wandered around with my designers plan in hand ready to buy faucets, toilets, accessories, lighting -- the works -- but instead wasted my afternoon looking at displays. The receptionist was nice enough but never got a Hello, Im busy but will be with you in a minute, etc. from any of the so-called salespeople. I can search, receive, and return items faster on Amazon. So much for trying to buy local. Go elsewhere, South Tampa.
Snobby sales lady — “Our customers don’t buy bathtubs based on comfort”.Fine then you apparently you don’t need us as clients. This showroom is a holdover from the 70’s in how they treat potential clients. Amazon has a better experience.
Very snobby and unfriendly sales woman. Acted like she was doing me a favor to “help” me. After spending $1000’s of doallars there in the past- went in annonomously and was treated differently. I guess I needed an appointment-made it perfectly clear that she was only helping because her “number 19” didn’t show. Go elsewhere
Could not give lower than a star or else it would have been way lower . Horrible customer service. They don’t care about the customer at all . The reps don’t have any product knowledge at all . Save your money and don’t shop here at all .
A 1 stop shop for remodeling appliances, plumbing, lighting
Amazing products but very expensive!
Amazing selection
