My husband and I went in to find a new van for our growing family and we were greeted by Joe Lopez. Who was very friendly, professional, and listened to everything we were wanting in a new car. He was not pushy with trying to just get a sale. He was very personable and made you feel like he was a friend. He didn’t try to just push us towards the most expensive car on the lot, he really listened to our wishes and tried to find the best option for us. They say at Kia you’re not just a customer you are family; and honestly that’s exactly how we felt while there. We didn’t end up buying the same day, and they were understanding about why we wanted to keep looking.( it was honestly the first place we had looked) Joe did follow up with us later in the day and we had made up our mind on getting the Kia Carnival. We went in the next day and got our brand new car. It was a good experience, we didn’t have to wait very long, and the process was really painless. He offered to get us waters or snacks if we needed anything (which I truly appreciated). I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about our entire experience with Kia or Joe. I would highly recommend going by to check out what they have to offer even if you don’t end up buying from there. I can definitely see us going back to Kia in the future for other vehicles.

Jay was incredibly helpful, and honestly this is the best dealership experience I’ve had in the past 9 years of owning a Kia. The wait time for repair was reasonable, and in the meantime I was able to study in comfortable seating (with outlets) and free coffee/tea/bottled water. Everyone was very friendly while being efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the much needed complementary car wash and vacuum. I was hesitant to go to the dealership for repairs, but the prices were fair and I plan on returning for any future needs.

Kris my service advisor was great. Dropped the car off Wednesday morning after the check engine light came on and it started losing power. Later that day Kris said because of issues with parts I wouldnt he wouldnt be able to get my car back until Monday, which was disappointing, but then called Friday morning because he was able to take track down the part so I got the car back Monday afternoon, which as a single mother was a HUGE relief. The only problem is when I went to pick my Sportage up I didnt even recognize it because theyd done such a great job giving it a much needed car washing.Thanks Kris and the whole team! Car drives like its brand new again and its a 2013 with 70,000 miles!!!!

Lazaro Martin was my sales rep and he was amazing. He pushed for me to get the car I wanted without pressuring me into getting to older models or newer models. If I wanted it, he was there backing me as well as educating me on my job. They gave us a good price on a car, but total scam otherwise. We bought a new 2022 Soul from them, they made us a good offer and worked with us as obtained the funds to finish the purchase. They made it possible for us to buy a car we thought we couldn’t. Where it all fell apart was at the sale. They sold us a round of extended warranties and told us they covered specific things that after having to hunt down the paper work on revealed these warranties didn’t cover any of the things they said. So we went to cancel within the 30 days. It’s been month since we’ve canceled and they have totally ghosted us. They eventually refunded some of the price. They refunded to the auto loan, not the credit card I used to buy them. And they didn’t refund any of the tax we paid. $230. We’ve been at them almost every day and it’s a different story. The latest story is there someother person who’s soul job this is and they aren’t there. Oh well. Call back some other time. Of course, they could have said this a month ago. But they didn’t. And I don’t even know what to do about the fact that I’m now paying a credit card bill that shouldn’t exist because they refunded an amount to an auto loan that didn’t pay for this. None of which would have been a problem if they actually knew what the warranty they were selling covered. No wonder they gave us a good deal I guess, you have to undersell when your office is this badly run.

Century Kia of Tampa is a must to go to. Before you go to any other dealership you have to see this one. I first visited when my parents were getting their cars then when my grandparents got their cars. And just today was able to do a trade in from my pre-owned car for a new kia 2022 forte. They knock the customer service out of the park. And will have conversations with you about what works with you so that you can get a car. You dont feel like your being sold anything. They have Spanish and English as options. And they just make sure customer service is a priority. And they make you feel like family. Highly recommend, I got a great value on my trade in, great monthly price, great options where I was able to have any maintenance fees be covered in my monthly price. Ive had my vehicle going on four years now. I have never taken my car anywhere else but Century Kia. Ryan Elwood has always shown me exceptional service every time I have concern or issue with my car. I trust his recommendations and when Im in a bind and cant afford the recommended services, hes never pushy and always understanding. Once in awhile if there are discount available, he helps me out. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else and I wouldnt trust anyone else.

Decided to service my car at Century Kia as I live in Oldsmar, and I purchased the car originally in Wesley Chapel and didn’t want to drive that far for an oil change. Appointment was on a Saturday at 10am…. I received a phone call at 3:48 pm that I missed, my bad. Unfortunately, it wouldn’t have mattered since they said my car is ready and, as a reminder, they closed at 4pm. Should’ve done my research as I was surprised they closed that early on a Saturday, and better yet… They’re not open on Sunday… So, now I don’t have my vehicle for 2 days… Fantastic. I will, going forward, make the trip out to Wesley Chapel and have the original Kia dealer do the service functions on my car. Never going to Century Kia ever again. (PS. Hope you have time to keep calling over and over again in hopes that someone answers the phone. Leave a message is an option, but of course, I’d hate to imagine what the response time is to those!!)

My wife and I just purchased a Kia Telluride and so far we love it (base model brings so many features). The buying process was the easiest out of all the countless Hyundai and Kia dealers we have visited. Unlike the other dealers we were not brushed away or just ripped off by today’s market of overpriced vehicles. Jose Martinez was patient and was straight forward with us, as we were with him. We negotiate on a fair price for the vehicle fairly quick, no back and forth from managers office. If anyone is reading this review, like I had mentioned we visited many dealers and expect ALL dealers will mark up all their cars from 4K to 8k, that’s just the market we are in now, sadly.

Amazingly smooth purchase. Holly the internet sales rep was delightful to work with, she gave us all inventory information and set us up to come in before we arrived. Joe our salesman had vehicle waiting and went through all the features with great detail and clarity. John the manager met with us and gave us better price than any other dealership in area. We were able to get in and out of finance in less than an hour on a packed Saturday. Follow up has been great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a Kia.

I had a very poor experience with this dealership. I am in Georgia. Of course, this dealership is in Florida. I saw a vehicle listed on Auto Trader. I emailed to inquire about it. Someone reached out to me from the dealership, making me aware that the vehicle was currently in the shop, being looked over. They went on to tell me that as soon as the vehicle is out of the shop, I would receive all of the photos of the vehicle. I never heard from said person about the vehicle. A little while later, I decided to send another message, asking if the vehicle was ready to be shown to the public. I was informed that another individual was at the dealership looking and that they could not take it from them, to provide photos to me. WHAT? I was the first person to inquire on the vehicle. I feel that I should have been given first opportunity. This was bad business! Unfortunately for the dealership, I would have paid asking price, if not more, as I know that vehicles are currently selling for more than they are currently worth, due to market conditions.

Customer service is something that is important to me .. Every time I have to bring my car here, I cringe because all they seem to be interested in is what you’re going to be paying. There’s no conversation in between. Very transactional. I had a problem w my car and I decided not to order the part while I was there and they didn’t care to ask if I had any further questions or concerns. Just tried getting me out of the door. I’ll probably be going to the Wesley Chapel location going forward.

I took my Kia Soul in to fix a door lock and remote. After analysis I received a quote to fix the lock and told the remote could not be foxed and I would have to order a new one. After agreeing to have them fix the door lock and order another remote, I was told I had to pay the full price upfront. This is odd to pay labor before it is performed. I fully expected to pay for parts before ordering but not the labor. Very strange.I was instructed that I would receive a call on Tuesday to schedule the work. I dod not receive a call on Tuesday so I called on Wednesday to schedule the work:Brought my car in on the day scheduled and two hours later I was told the work was completed. Performing my due diligence, I tested to make sure the door lock worked and that the new remote worked. Pulling the remote out of the box it was obvious that the door pass key was missing. That is when Ryan in service told me it was back ordered. He said they would contact me when it came in and I would have to pick it up. I live 35 minutes from the dealership so it is out of the way. At no time did anyone inform me that an item had been back ordered. They should expedite and shop to my home.

Kia doesnt have reasonable warranty for my tire trouble with bubbles which I surely think never happen for new car. I had to pay almost full amount for new 4 tires. My car milage is only 13,000 miles. Why should I spend my precious times unreasonable reason.Never guess new tire got bubbles and Kia did not want to pay for lt..I even had to pay for wheel balance too.Next time I wont be buying Kia.

This review is not about an actual purchase but it is about the customer service provided by the sales team at the Century Kia today during an emergency situation. While my daughter was driving my wife and I to the airport today (Sunday of Labor day weekend), her Kia Forte was rear ended. The trunk was stuck and wouldnt open hence we couldnt get our luggage out of the car. We drove to the Century Kia dealership. Although the service department was closed, several members of the sales team came out to help figure out how to open the trunk. After much work, we were finally able to open it to get our luggage out. We appreciated their help and going above and beyond the call of duty. That tells me they care and Ill be sure to become a customer at this dealership given their level of service. THANK YOU!!!

This is our fourth purchase from Century Kia. Todd, Preston, and Cole were amazing! The purchase of our new 2022 Telluride was flawless from start to end. My husband and I were able to complete pre-approval, selection, and financing swiftly. Todd went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met with vehicle selection, and Preston was there to guide us through the trade in process, and vehicle inspection/overview perfectly. My car battery stop working. I was able to get my car turned back on and took it to the service area at the Kia dealership. A gentleman at service desk stated I would have to leave my car overnight and someone would call me. I actually wasn’t expecting a call the same day but within 2 hours I received a call that my car was ready for pickup. They replaced my battery and since my car was still under warranty, there was no charge. I was extremely pleased and appreciative. Exceptional customer service!!!

I am writing this review as I am in the parking lot of Century Kia, 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation .Outrageous! No one communicated why the long wait . I hear other customers complain about wait time, they only respond we only have 3 guys in the back! If thats the case, shouldnt we as the customer know that before signing in?The service team may want to be mindful of how they bad mouth customers ( heard myself how they spoke negative of a customer who needed a headlight installed.)I guess my business was not as valuable or important as the customer in front of me with an oil change who got complimentary card for next oil change.This definitely my last visit!!!!

I was treated 👍 at Century Kia all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint I have is that do not accept #Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies (yet!) Because of this my purchase will be delayed because of slow, greedy banks that want to steal your purchasing power through inflation. They insisted on a cashiers check which will take days for me to clear my bank account and days for them to receive their money once I hand them the check.Too bad. Someday soon, everyone will realize the speed and power of #Bitcoin and wonder why they choose a system that hasnt been updated in 50 years!I should of wore my shirt and got some selfies. Ryan called for Lyft to pick me up and take me home and then when my car was ready, Jose my service advisor, called Lyft to pick me up and take me to the dealership. Jose kept me informed throughout the entire process. He is very friendly and professional. The service area was very clean and had a very nice waiting area. I recommend Century Kia for all your service needs.

Overall great service, they told me exactly what I though my car needed, prices are average, service was great this time around. (We had a not so good warranty experience in the past, that we had to get the manufacturer involved) they were very flexible with the scheduling, since we had to reschedule twice. This time I waited for the car to be serviced, the wait was not too bad; I was able to work from their waiting room, which is very clean.Update: I advised the dealer that I was going on a road trip, since they do a full inspection; I specifically asked the service person if they had checked the spare tire, he replied, yes since we did a full inspection. When I got home I checked and the spare tire was 20psi too low and all of my tires had different psi, the lowest 32 the highest 37; so they never checked any tire pressure, so I am lowering the rating. From 5 to 3. This is a basic safety check.

My experience with Century Kia of Tampa isn’t even worth 1 star but unfortunately that’s my only minimum option and also didn’t have a choice to where I could get my 2 year old car towed to, either. If I knew the experience I would have with not only the condescending service advisor, Ray and how they let me drive off in a car that had actually caught fire under the hood. I would have paid the 30 bucks to get it towed to another Kia dealership.It all started last night when I lost power steering, acceleration and all my safety features, radio screen and ABS break system all shut down while at a red light. I called the Kia road side assistance and my 2018 Kia Sportage which I got towed to Century Kia of Tampa as it was closest to my location. Due to it being after hours, I wasn’t able to speak to anyone about what happened. Next morning Ray, the service advisor called asking what was wrong and why it was brought in. Due to me working, I had to call him back a few hours later and by the time I did, he had already found out what the issue was.While speaking to Ray, he said that it was the battery and that I needed to new one. When I told Ray that the battery in my car was only 3 weeks old, he said then I had a faulty battery. I then asked if the alternator could be going bad and he stated that per the computer everything was fine and that I needed a new battery once again. I asked him if would replace the battery and all he said was he could jumped my car and take it back to where I got the battery 3 weeks ago, in which we did when I went to pick up my car.Upon arrival to AutoZone (where we bought the battery), the employee opened the hood, checked the alternator, the battery, which was at 4% and also checked for any erosion and he noticed that the fuse box within the battery was melted and smelt like burnt plastic. He pointed it out to myself and my husband and said, here’s your issue and how did Century Kia of Tampa look over it and to call them to let them know. My husband immediately called Ray and was told that he was at lunch at 10:30 am and to leave a message. With me being upset after now being made aware that I potentially had a small fire under my hood and with Kia and Hyundai in the news over that exact issue(catching fire and people dying) we needed to talk to someone immediately, as that could have been me.My husband eventually got transferred to the service manager, Terry and told him about the situation, how I was treated and what had been discovered under my hood. And, just like Ray, he was very condescending also and kept saying how Ray had been working with them for 4 years and didn’t believe what we were telling him and that the computer told them it was a faulty battery and the guy at AutoZone didn’t know what he was talking about. Eventually, we gave up on Terry also, as I knew it was my word against his, Rays and their computer, even though I have pictures and a video of the fuse and fuse box melted and the video of what happened to my car the day before, too.After I got off the phone with Terry, I called my advisor at the dealership I usually take it to and told him and he was appalled and shocked at what I was telling him. I then called Kia Corporate and spoke with Mike in the consumer affairs department and told him also. As I think they should be aware how dealerships with Kia’s name is treating their customers.In the end, I wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to take their car to Century Kia of Tampa. With how I was treated, I bet I’m not the first and even though Mike from Kia Corporate says I’ll be getting a call from Century Kia of Tampa regarding this. I won’t hold my breath on that call, as Ray and Terry have already proven the character of the Century Kia of Tampa name.*This was my initial review I sent to Century Kia of Tampa in September 2020 per their text message request. Too bad I have never heard anything from them, and this review is not on their page under reviews, only 5 stars. *

This dealership is by far the best. Joe Lopez helped me find exactly what car I wanted just based off of having a conversation. He drove up a Kia Forte GT-Line and it was perfect. He got me the color I wanted in less than a day. Very hard worker and really cares about his customers as if they were his friends. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family!

After visiting a couple of dealerships that left us with a stressful experience, my husband found Century Kia. We traveled from Winter Haven to see them and it was well worth it. Cole was our salesman and he was extremely professional. It was 5 stars from our first contact, to our arrival, all the way through finance. There were no surprises and no games. They also had the best price with everything upfront unlike the other dealership we went to. We will be returning when our son needs his car and we highly recommend.
